I spoke with a T-Mobile rep yesterday and she said they received an email that a lot of phones are coming in on sept 30th and that those with labels should be shipping friday

If it wasn't for the fact that Apple stores can no longer do T-Mobile financing of any kind, I would have gotten my phone last week when my dad walked into the Apple Store and out with a Matte Black 7 128GB.

Now where the hell are the 7+ 128GB JB & RG preordered on 9/9? Tmobile reps are really useless. They have absolutely no clue when and how many shipments they are getting. It's mind blowing to see how this whole process kept repeating itself year after you. One would expect they can learn from years of experience. It's all about manufacturing and logistics, it's not rocket science. At the very least, train your reps, please.

It really sucks that they do financing for all the other carriers and not T-Mobile I honestly don't get it
They will leave it at the door, unless you go into My UPS Choice and schedule a hold or request to pick it up at a customer center.
So if its any help it looks like most people with the 9/27-10/10 ship dates have or in the next couple of days received their phones. I think that's a good sign for the 10/11-10/24 people. Its been real everyone thanks for all the great input.
Yeah, UPS didn't deliver my package last night despite saying "out for delivery." Today they're supposed to deliver between 11-1pm.
it does seem like they are updating the system a few minor things changed on my screen as well specifically the EIP box ship dates smh nothing major. Now my tmobile order screen doesn't want to show up it keeps loading....

tracking for me did say there was a delay with ups updating tracking due to weather issues. so that would explain why it took so long to update tracking.

Sorry, but I have a 9-27 - 10-10 ship date and haven't been charged yet, so no UPS label either. I am not alone, so don't get your hopes up too high.
