Let me guess, you're a millennial...
What does that even have to do with anything? Millennials are automatically more angsty about having to wait three weeks after a device release to get a preordered phone? Makes sense to me.

And your point? This preorder process has been just an utter disaster, and is pretty damn stupid.Let me guess, you're a millennial...
I'm just going to hit up my store tomorrow and hope they have a MB 256 7+ like I've read about on Reddit.

I finally saw it in person and I'm starting to like it more than the Rose Gold. I already have a Rose Gold 6s+.
I really think you spoke to yet another misinformed rep. T-Mobile cannot charge your account to "check if you have the funds". When you get charged is when a phone has been assigned to you and is going to begin the shipping process. If you have any doubts then speak to another rep and another and another. T-Mobile reps, unfortunately, all have different information.interesting... just spoke to an executive to fix the bank declining the payment and she told me that it is just to make sure those funds are in my account and I have not been charged and the device is not in stock yet or even ready to be shipped at all...
yeah thats what i thought... and i was speaking to someone from the Executive Response Team... ugh this is so annoying.I really think you spoke to yet another misinformed rep. It just doesn't make sense to falsely charge hundreds of people who also were charged today just to see if they have the funds. I hate to say it but when it comes to T-Mobile customer service... the customer really is on their own.yeah thats what i thought... and i was speaking to someone from the Executive Response Team... ugh this is so annoying.
waaaaahhh now I'm mad my stupid bank declined the payment! i feel like i took one step forward and then back to the back of the line lolIt just doesn't make sense to falsely charge hundreds of people who also were charged today just to see if they have the funds. lol yeah i was charged then my bank said "JK!!!" and got rid of it lol... we have the same ship dates so you could be nextI was told by reps that if you're declined then you have 5 days to update payment information. After that it's cancelled. Hope is not lost. At least you've been charged...
Because it's the "stupidest thing" he's ever experienced... and the sense of entitlement. Everyone knew what the estimated delivery date was when they ordered the phone, they didn't change. He ordered the phone with the most demand and the least stock and yet expects to get it before the estimated shipping date. What does that even have to do with anything? exactly what i thought. I even mentioned to her more than once that it didn't sound right but realized i was wasting my time...Yeah this is absolutely BS. No company would charge you the entire amount to make sure you have enough funds and then just take it back. They would usually charge you $1 to make sure the account is active and then charge you the rest later.
I got this text a week after send in the device. I also received a text about $ 165 credit for iphone 6. I think they processed the trade in quicker than expected. How many days was it after it delivered till you got the text?
Thank Tou
