Let me guess, you're a millennial...

What does that even have to do with anything? Millennials are automatically more angsty about having to wait three weeks after a device release to get a preordered phone? Makes sense to me.

It's especially hard for us who are doing JOD and didn't need to pay at the time of purchase. We'll never see a charge and MyT-Mobile probably won't update. So I'm in the dark with my 32GB+ MB. I see others getting charged for the same phone so maybe I'll get a label or something created soon.

I'm just going to hit up my store tomorrow and hope they have a MB 256 7+ like I've read about on Reddit.

And your point? This preorder process has been just an utter disaster, and is pretty damn stupid.

I was literally just at a store that had one of those. I was gonna pick it up but I didn't have my ID on me

I'm going back again tomorrow to see if I can get a 128

I finally saw it in person and I'm starting to like it more than the Rose Gold. I already have a Rose Gold 6s+.

A guy I work with got his several days ago because Verizon can apparently ship phones to their customers. Same model I ordered. That matte black looks super sexy in person. The Apple marketing pictures don't do it justice. It's a lot darker in person. All murdered out.

I'm psyched, hopefully ours ship soon.

interesting... just spoke to an executive to fix the bank declining the payment and she told me that it is just to make sure those funds are in my account and I have not been charged and the device is not in stock yet or even ready to be shipped at all...

Hey guys, yesterday, after trying to locate a similar phone to the one I ordered I eventually call the T-Mobile store next to me, turns out they had a 256 Matt black 7+.

I ordered a jet black +128 gig, I had called T-Mobile and ask if it's possible to deduct the $100 difference if I was to purchase it in the store as opposed to waiting for my pre-order,they gave me the go ahead and I walked in,purchased my phone and walked out.

I ordered at 12:30 AM Pacific time on September 9 my ship date was 9/27 to 10/24

I am sure by now I might have been charged, or seen some sort of movement, but I am happy I got the better phone at the same price, as well as getting it sooner, at the cost of my color preference.

It was fun to check the forums like a maniac and I really enjoyed it now that I've made the jump from android to iPhone, next year I will be able to wait, thanks for the fun times and I will see you all next year

I really think you spoke to yet another misinformed rep. T-Mobile cannot charge your account to "check if you have the funds". When you get charged is when a phone has been assigned to you and is going to begin the shipping process. If you have any doubts then speak to another rep and another and another. T-Mobile reps, unfortunately, all have different information.

It just doesn't make sense to falsely charge hundreds of people who also were charged today just to see if they have the funds. I hate to say it but when it comes to T-Mobile customer service... the customer really is on their own.

I was told by reps that if you're declined then you have 5 days to update payment information. After that it's cancelled. Hope is not lost. At least you've been charged... :(

Because it's the "stupidest thing" he's ever experienced... and the sense of entitlement. Everyone knew what the estimated delivery date was when they ordered the phone, they didn't change. He ordered the phone with the most demand and the least stock and yet expects to get it before the estimated shipping date.

Yeah this is absolutely BS. No company would charge you the entire amount to make sure you have enough funds and then just take it back. They would usually charge you $1 to make sure the account is active and then charge you the rest later.

I got this text a week after send in the device. I also received a text about $ 165 credit for iphone 6. I think they processed the trade in quicker than expected.

Updated: It was delivered yesterday according to USPS.com website. Amazing.

Let's me recap the math - For iphone 6 trade in values is $165; 650-165= 485 / 24 months = $20.21 is monthly credit from Tmobile. Total credit after 24 months is 20.21 * 24 + 165 = 650, and monthly charge is $27.08
However, if you happen to trade in iphone w/ higher value - $250, 650-250= 400/24 months = 16.67 is monthly credit. Total credit after 24 momths will be 250 + 16.67*24= 650, and monthly charge will stay the same.
You will likely receive less credit if you trade in a higher value iphone. Hope it helps.

Check at midnight EST. I was watching for one for a while and I noticed that's when the updates happened.
