7+ Gold 32GB
Ordered on 9/17 ESD 9/27-10/10

Started checking forum yesterday haven't seen anything on gold phones.
I chatted with T-Mobile online just to check order status, rep said they would prioritize my order??
Nothing has changed on T-Mobiles end. Order still being processed.

Probably won't get an update until some time over the weekend or Monday. CS rep told me that it takes up to 72 hours for anything to change after being charged.

and i preordered it the day the iPhone was released on the 16th in the t mobile store since i waited out till they opened at 8 to find out the only had 3 matte black iPhone 7s no plus models smh. my shipping eta was nov1 to nov30 but since i got charged this morning I'm pretty sure the phone will ship next week. looks like were getting them way earlier.

I ordered the exact same phone on the 16th with the same estimated ship date. My card was charged yesterday and I haven't heard anything from T-Mobile or UPS. I chatted with a T-Mobile agent earlier today to see if there was any news on my order but he just basically told me to keep waiting. Why is yours being prioritized?

Seems like no mb 128 plus models were charged in the latest surge. Weird how November dates got charged but Oct got left in limbo.

Are you sure it's the exact same model, color, and capacity? The only November ones I've seen are JB 256. I have a Oct 7+ JB 128 that got charged. I haven't seen any November versions of this specific model charged. The demand for this exact phone far exceeded expectations.

The point is everyone knew what they were getting into when they ordered the phone. They were given ESDs, if they didn't like it, they could order somewhere else. People act like they got screwed somehow but everything was disclosed before they clicked buy. If you're upset, be mad at yourself for not getting up earlier like the rest of us that ordered right at the start.

Have you put in your application to be on T-mobile's legal team yet? Best of luck to you Mister Terms of Service.

Same thing happened to me... what time did ur bank decline the payment? Mine declined at 8:45am pst. And its 1:38 and theyre telling me they cant update my payment info because the system hasnt updated that it declined

The charge was attempted around 10:30 am EST. Still waiting to see a charge.

WELL THE FIASCO CONTINUES MY FRIENDS.
I went to store today... get 256 MB+ cool yay finally new iPhone.... THE DAMN THING creaks and makes cracking sounds at the corners of the device. So I am going to have to return through t-mobile bc apple ‘genius’ couldnt replicate it in store... but I sure can when I came home.

ON TOP of that, they charged me for the cancelled web order too so now I am trying to get that money back but they are saying that they didnt but the money has come out of my account. What the actual hell.

Wait, are you serious? You say it creaks, but does the glass actually feel like it goes "into" the phone when you press down on the corners?
