Because it's the "stupidest thing" he's ever experienced... and the sense of entitlement. Everyone knew what the estimated delivery date was when they ordered the phone, they didn't change. He ordered the phone with the most demand and the least stock and yet expects to get it before the estimated shipping date.
From what I read his shipping date was the 2nd half of October and there is no one getting the exact same phone he's getting w/ November ship dates unless the executive team pushed it up in the queue due to a huge failure on TMOs part.Well you'd feel a little screwed too if someone with a november ship date got their phone already and your september ship date is already long past.

The point is everyone knew what they were getting into when they ordered the phone. They were given ESDs, if they didn't like it, they could order somewhere else. People act like they got screwed somehow but everything was disclosed before they clicked buy. If you're upset, be mad at yourself for not getting up earlier like the rest of us that ordered right at the start.Either way- unwad your panties and deal with it. People are pissed about this whole preorder situation, and this is a lovely place to vent. It's not like anyone posting on here is actually helping their own situation anyway.
I ordered an Iphone 7plus 32gb gold from Verizon on the phone, expected ship date was Oct.12 but I just received a text saying it's been received (13 days later) and upon further tracking on there website it says on its way to warehouse for shipment, expected ship date 9/30(today)!Pre-ordering from T-Mobile.com, this will be the official thread to talk about your delivery dates and your pre-order dates.

I believe reps can't tell if we got pending charges. They will just say it's processing or something. Let's just hope for some info on ups tracking and/or T-Mobile app.
Definitely the reps are clueless. I almost got disappointed cause earlier today a rep told me that my iPhone 7+ 128gb jet black was back ordered until 11-15 , even though I placed the order on 9/9.The key is just not to believe a thing any of the reps tell you! If you got charged that means they have either got your phone on the way or its going to leave the warehouse soon.
