Let me know is this is really true because I have found my phone at apple 10 times over I called apple customer service who then transferred me to the store. They told me tmobile took away there financing capabilities. I know for sure when the 6 plus originally came out I walked in store and Tmobile financed one, but as of now the apple store themselved told me no. I also did the chat like you and was told yes but I dont trust it lol so I called and got connected to the physical store and was told no.

It was hard for me to understand the guy but if I'm not mistaken it sounds like he said I should be charged soon and my phone will ship when they receive the next batch of the RG+ ; I was told I will definitely receive my phone before the end of my ESD. Whooooooo! Progress;
What? Huh? Lol.
How did you find out this information? Please update me! I wanna know about my Silver Plus!

Yeah so I have two orders on my account. The jet black plus that I've seen no activity at all and I got charged for a gold 32gb regular iPhone 7 yesterday and now it says shipped. I got a tracking number but it says no info for it yet. About how long does it take for that to change?

I might just cancel my order and get the iPhone 7+ MB 256GB even though I just wanted the 128GB. T-Mobile has ****ed me over enough for awhile and this is the one and only saving grace or I just might switch to at&t next year.

Please, please make sure you have that phone in your hand before you cancel your order. You may regret that decision otherwise. There have been SOME people getting their orders early. Maybe you will be one of them. ;) We are all feeling anxious and impatient though...I've had similar thoughts:

"I'll show these T-Mobile bitches--I'll just cancel my order and drop $800 cash at the Apple Store". Lol.

so how long does it take for the phone to ship once you are charged?

For mine, I was charged Friday and around 5AM on Sunday I had a notification that it was shipped 10/1, but they only created the label then. It wasn't actually scanned until last night, for delivery today. So in my experience...probably just a day or two until it shows up as shipped in your order status, with delivery hopefully within a couple days if they send it to UPS right away.

Which color is it? keep trying T-Mobile stores. A few T-Mobile stores here in Southern CA have a few RG, B, mostly in 7 not 7+

That's what they told me last week :( but another rep said no way. But I hope the rep that talked to you was correct! Hopefully it'll be at your door before you know it!

Apparently they didn't know either when they came up with these shipping ranges.

Sorry to hear that you didn't get your phone, regular JB 128, right? With some trickling in to Apple stores, there's some hope that the pipeline is filling with regular JBs now... very soon... I can feel it...

They keep telling me the same thing. Honestly, they probably know less than we do. I was told that the T-Mobile app is the most reliable method of checking one's status, as it updates within 30 minutes of preparation for shipment. Too bad the app keeps saying it's "experiencing technical difficulties--check back later" since I ordered my phone.

The rep said "oh your range is this month, that's great! Most of them got changed to November, even my own!" So maybe it's not SO bad.

I think the problem with mine is that I'm JOD and some stores say they can do it and others can't. The one I reserved a JB 7 at this morning said it was a no-go. :(

I've heard definitely not JOD, but yes to regular JUMP (depending on if it's paid off I think.). Definitely not JOD tho :(
