They keep telling me the same thing. Honestly, they probably know less than we do. I was told that the T-Mobile app is the most reliable method of checking one's status, as it updates within 30 minutes of preparation for shipment. Too bad the app keeps saying it's "experiencing technical difficulties--check back later" since I ordered my phone.
The rep said "oh your range is this month, that's great! Most of them got changed to November, even my own!" So maybe it's not SO bad.
