Wow first time ordering online tmobile and I returned my iphone 7 plus back and they gave me a shipping lable for free..returned due to hissing issues that I didn't like and now I have to wait 2 to 3 billing cycles to get my refund back.. that's like 3 months wait.. wow never again will order online..

Learned my lesson.. just heads up if you guys didn't know that..

In my case last year, a mail return took SEVEN MONTHS! I had to pay the whole time too. Goes to a third party warehouse and T-Mobile has no clue where it is until that warehouse "processes" it. Lol they would keep saying "well yeah it could take 2-3 billing cycles OR more...". Lol. No apologies or compensation or anything. They wouldn't even allow me to return it any other way except by mail, via USPS. It's just wrong on their part.

I think the problem with mine is that I'm JOD and some stores say they can do it and others can't. The one I reserved a JB 7 at this morning said it was a no-go. :(
The use to do Eip. I was told Tmobile took access away from apple to do this. My store also said no they can't do any tmobile Financing.

My 10/4-10/18 order still hasn't shipped yet or been charged and that's a gold 32 7 plus. Nothing on my MB 128 plus yet either although that has a ship date of 10/10-10/24 so it still has a ways to go. If only the tmobile promotional deal was bad then I would've ordered from Apple...

They keep telling me the same thing. Honestly, they probably know less than we do. I was told that the T-Mobile app is the most reliable method of checking one's status, as it updates within 30 minutes of preparation for shipment. Too bad the app keeps saying it's "experiencing technical difficulties--check back later" since I ordered my phone.

The rep said "oh your range is this month, that's great! Most of them got changed to November, even my own!" So maybe it's not SO bad.

On my way to the Apple Store I was kinda figuring they'd tell me that. :( It sucks that between Apple and T-Mobile, I'm being given sooooo many different answers it's insane. :mad:

Learned my lesson.. never again will buy online or get in the hype on early stuff again.. I'll have a chat with them on FB about this again.. really sucks.. I'll ask if I can have my phone shipped back and I'll just sell it lol

I'm a S01755 with the same phone order with the November ship date. Hopefully with my order number, I'll get some updates soon. And maybe this helps out someone else here to better understand where they stand.

Where does the S01755 number come from? My email doesn't start with an SO

I checked with two different T-Mobile resources. I am told that this is what will happen (example):
* This is for the trade-in program (trade-in a 6/6s/6+/6s+ for the $650 credit on iPhone 7 upgrade)

You turn your phone in promptly.
It takes 3 billing cycles to show the credit
First two billing cycles you will be billed for the phone price (since you didnt turn it on yet (on record))
Third billing cycle, you'll see the credit for that month PLUS a credit for the first two months where you were paying.

We shall see.

I don't know who's more at fault for the way this preorder process has been handled: Apple's or T-Mobile's. Either way, this has been a less than ideal experience. Like, Apple shouldn't be prioritizing who gets their orders first simply based off of the length of the relationship with the company. Now, I obviously don't know that that's the actual case, but based on the fact that every other carrier is getting their orders fulfilled while people who preordered from TMO day one are getting the shaft, I'd say this is messed up.

Ordered as an upgrade with trade-in on 9/12. Silver 7 - 32 gb
I received notifications from T-Mobile & UPS as ready for shipping on 9/26. Got charged later that day. No updates since then except one that said my trade in date has been extended to 10/27.

I got a UPS tracking # via text, but the UPS site says tracking # "not available. Try again later."

No phone yet.

My window is 9/27 to 10/10

Update: Checked T-Mobile app, my phone shipped today. Delivery scheduled for, Thursday 10/6.

That's what I don't like. Being told 2 different things. Over the phone I was told no financing for T-Mobile but over chat it can be done.

I tried at the Apple store to finance through T-Mobile. Its not possible.



On another note, I looked at T-Mo shipping dates and some have moved up, mostly in the 256 models.

finally spoke to another representative today... Was attempted to be charged on Friday(30th) but my bank declined it thinking it was fraudulent... now they're telling me i was charged in error and my order isn't ready...

Did you get a notification saying charge was declined and needed to be updated?

i received an E-mail from T-mobile and a text message telling me they couldn't process the payment and to call them. My Bank E-mailed me that morning telling me so i called tmobile to update my payment info TEN MINUTES after it declined.

Did it charge you right away or does it take hours after for it automatically tries to reprocess again?

Yeah, it looks like the 256 Plus models have moved up a bit. Hopefully the 128 models will be the next to move up some dates.

So what order numbers are getting charged and shipped currently?

I already received one JB 128+ delivered on Monday with order number S01744. Ordered 9/9

Still waiting on 2 more JB 128+ with order number S01761. Currently still show "being processed". Ordered 9/10
