No they never switched me. I don't have the second JUMP! I'm grandfathered into the 1st JUMP!
I have the 1st JUMP! I've had it since it debuted so I know what I have. I haven't had anything switched on my account except phones.
I've been on jump 1.0 since the beginning also and I've never had to pay off 50% of any phone. If that were the case what would be the point of jump 2.0 if it is exactly the same as 1.0?
I'm done with talking about JUMP! I know what I have and I pay my bill and I know what my upgrade dates are. I'm not about to go back and forth with anyone about this.
Charged yesterday and UPS Choice App and T-Mobile online show it to be delivered on Monday using 3-day select. That works fine for me, since Hurricane Matthew is coming today and will still be here tomorrow. Hopefully all is well on Monday and electricity is working to set it up. I was worried that they would schedule delivery for tomorrow and it would have some kind of issues delaying it, sending it somewhere else or whatever. I am just so happy to know that there is a 128 gig silver iPhone 7+ with my name on it in Louisville.
Just wait a couple more days. I feel like we'll be charged in a couple days.
