I asked and the rep said ALL pluses are now 11/15-12/12 and I told her that's not what their website says and she claims they have different datesI don't think any of them have a clue what they're talking about
Exec services said the website dates is what they are going with and they are updated no less than twice daily.

I have JUMP! 1.0 and I'm required to pay off 50% of device before upgrading again. I've had JUMP! since it debuted so I know.
With JUMP 1.0 you don't have to wait until half the device is paid off. You can swap phones twice a year. This is the version I have. The only stipulation is that after the first jump I do for the year, I have to wait another month to do another one. So, if I wanted to jump again after getting the iPhone 7, I have to now wait until at least 10/22 before I'm eligible again. I would then essentially just trade in for another device.
No, you can't have 1.0. 2.0 has that requirement. Either the reps are telling you the wrong thing or they switched the version you have.
I just used JUMP 1.0 for the 7 and had more than 50% left and they paid it off.
Now that I think about it, when i went to a store last year to get the 6s, the rep tried to tell me I couldn't because of the 50% thing. The manager had to tell her that she was incorrect.
T-Mobile cancelled my order. Again. That's TWICE now

This is a relief, but I don't know how much it really helps me out with November estimated shipping times =/

By now, we're all taking the whole plane thing with a few grains of salt, but there are 8 planes coming into Louisville from Alaska tonight, with the first coming in at 12:11 eastern (that's 11:11 my time haha).

I'm having my husband talk to them. I'm so tired of talking to all these misinformative reps. Honestly I think it's because I look and sound like I'm 16 but I'm months away from turning 28. So I don't think any of those people take me seriously.
Should I just cancel and get a phone when all the hype has calmed down? This was a college graduation gift from me to me haha, I felt I deserved it. T-Mobile seems to think otherwise *rolls eyes*

NVM, I had something else shipping out of San Antonio, now another delivery with no info is on there from Lousiville, all is good...Hopefully I will get it before my trip to NY on Monday. Gonna be tight for sure...

They put in another order and waived the shipping fee and made it overnight, but est shipping dates are still 11/15-12/12

I get carded everywhere too! We went to Vegas recently and I got carded for a water. I kid you not. For a freaking Fiji water lol. You should see the looks I get when I'm out running errands with my son!
They completed another order (third times the charm!) and it's for a 128gb jb iPhone 7+
I ordered on September 16 with estimated shipping of 09/27 to 10/10 and was charged today so yes there is hope for us.
Thank the Lord. Before ordering on the 25th, I put in two orders on the 10th and 20th that both got cancelled by t mobile. I basically just got screwed and was forced to lose my late September - early October shipping estimate time and now have to deal with a November shipping estimate. So seeing my phone come in by even the end of next week would be amazing for me.. then again, I'm sure it would be amazing for anyone still waiting. Just gotta keep waiting patiently!
