Hmmmm. Did y'all see this?
T-Mobile abruptly stops offering JUMP! On Demand lease option for new customers - http://www.gsmarena.com/tmobile_abr...lease_option_for_new_customers-blog-20885.php
Ill give it a try. JUMP 2.0! (I don't remember 1.0) allows you to upgrade your phone once half the device is paid off. You pay a down payment on the new phone depending on model and send your old phone in to them. I don't remember the term on it. JOD allows you to upgrade 3 times a year. You put a down payment on the phone (again depends on model), and simply start a new lease agreement - 18 month, has a payoff amount at the end if you want to buy it. On JOD, you turn the old device in at a store. An upgrade or an EIP purchase requires you to put a down payment (model dependent) then split the remaining balance between 24 monthly payments. T-Mobile is offering trade ins on older iPhone devices for new devices with EIP.Can someone please tell me the difference between JUMP!, JOD, or just an upgrade and how that affects the price you pay/trade in for an iPhone 7 with their promotion?

Well I talked to T-Mobile. No need for another credit check, I was able to place an order for 256 MB plus and cancel my 128 silver. Phone is estimated to ship a few weeks earlier and my friend convinced me I wouldn't like the white face if I'm already complaining about it lol. So if anyone has a silver 128 ordered, you just moved up a spot.
You got charged today right?Got tracking! Oddly, My Tmobile marked it as "shipped" before UPS My Choice detected it in the app. Now onto the "order processed, ready for UPS" wait. It seems so sudden after hearing nothing since signing the EIP 9/9. Crossing fingers for everyone else here.
The rep didn't enter it in as the trade-in promo, so I'll need to sell my 6s plus. I won't do eBay again. Gazelle is easier but Swappa seems to bring in more $, especially since it's unlocked. Any thoughts or tips re selling on Swappa?

No signs of life for you? I know you've been waiting since early on. Here's hoping for ya.You got charged today right?
If the device is paid off, why not just sell it and move to a standard EIP plan? No matter whether it's any variation of Jump or a straight purchase, the price of the new phone is still the same.when I called customer to place an order for my device they ran it through jump upgrade, will I not get credit for my paid off device if I try to trade in? Thanks so much.
Weird. Got charged at around the same time. Nothing in MyUPS Choice or my TMobile showing that it's shipped. I do have free overnight though so they might ship tomorrow. What shipping option do you have?Yes! Today around noon.

Your tracking is bound to hit soon, I bet. I have next day air saver according to UPS. Tmobile just says UPS, but it also says shipped so I'm not complaining.Weird. I already received my device..iPhone 7+ 32 mb. I preordered 9/10, charged 9/30, received 10/3. I have the original jump! Since I've been a 10 year customer or so lol. Looking at my paperwork for what I thought would be trade in where I'd only have to pay 120 for my new 7+ due to trading in my paid off 6..I see that they have run my trade through jump upgrade and want me to return my phone. So I'm just making sure before I send in anything that I'll get full credit..the 649..instead of falling victim to those money hungry mongrels where they try to rip me off and pay more that the promotional price.
To add to that JUMP! 1.0 is an additional $12 a month and includes insurance that cover damage, loss and theft and also includes Lookout. You are required to put down a down payment depending on device and pay the remaining balance over 24 months. You can upgrade once you pay 50% of the device off and turn the device in.
Trying to get the promo price of only 120. If i don't turn anything I'm pretty sure I'd have to pay 749 lolI was told if the device is paid off I didn't have to turn it in. Double check to be sure.
Jump 1.0 does not require you to pay off 50% of the phone before you can jump.
I can confirm this. However... I did get the HTC 10 when it first came out and I was not nearly close to 50%... But still was able to upgrade. I can't upgrade til may next year.
I can confirm this. I can't jump again until may next year haha.
