I'll try this on my lunch break
I ordered iPhone 7+ Matte Black 256gb online late on 10/10. Early on 10/11, I saw a pending charge for the down payment + taxes which got my hopes up, but now this morning it has been credited back. Order status shows Back-Order, and estimated ship date is still 10/18-10/25.

So in addition to this whole preorder fiasco, for the last three weeks I've been trying to sign up for mychoice. Apparently, my apartment complex was built where a business used to be. Every week they've been telling me it's fixed when it isn't. Looks like the UPS reps are just as inept as T-mo reps... how fitting they're handling our phones.

I first ordered a JB plus 128GB on 9/12 at 9:48pm est. and had 11/1-11/30 shipping.

Today 10/12 at 1:12pm est I ordered a JB plus 256GB with shipping 10/18-10/25

So it looks like the 256GB version is the way to go if you don't want to wait for thanksgiving to get your phone.

T-Mobile is on the verge of losing a 6 year loyal customer their system is beyond screwed up I order two cases eip for my 7+ RG almost 3 weeks ago signed my eip and have confirmation they are telling me they can't seem to find my order in their system and I need to place a new one

They told me that too when i bought my cases, I had to give them the order number and the tracking number to find it. They are a trip, Im getting so sick of them also.

Wow. I'm seeing alot of post where people's orders are being deleted and not found. I've been thinking about switching too. Before this iPhone release, but all this is really the icing on the cake. Hope it gets sorted out for you.

Luckily it's just the cases and not the actual phone lol if it was the phone man forget about it lol

I just did the same cancelled my 128 JB 7+ I ordered on 9/9 (ESD 11/1 - 11/30) with no movement. Now I have 256 JB 7+ (ESD 10/18 - 10/25) pending. Hopefully there will be a shipping label created sooner like notElias's order

I'm going through the same thing with a tablet. It's been preparing for shipment since the 26th of September. Every time I call, it's a different story. Then a rep had the audacity to tell me she can cancel the order and put in a new order, but I won't get the same promotion. Like she doing me a favor. As soon as the phrase canceling service came out my mouth, she figured out a way to give me the promotion. I been with them for 9 years, better put some respek on my name. New tablet supposed to be here Friday. We'll see.

ok so from china to AK then where it seems some folks get a tracking # and the next day they have the phone. How long is the wait from tracking to actually seeing the phone or movement?

I know that's right it's sad that we have to threaten to cancel service to get what we should be getting anyways for being loyal customers

So... I still don't have my phone yet.

Yesterday, when my phone was out for delivery, nobody was home to expect the UPS guy to come. MY LUCK, he came around 7PM last night, and I was getting home within the hour. I get home an hour later, and I'm left with the notice saying that my package could be picked up at an Access Point within the next business day (Today). Made me so mad! I specifically opted for the package's release so that the driver could leave it at my door. But, apparently, the driver "deemed it was not safe" to leave it where I wanted it to be left. I don't live in a dangerous neighborhood. Lol.

Basically, you opting for a package release doesn't mean jack squat if the driver doesn't want to do it.

Still waiting for my phone to be dropped off so I can pick it up before work today. Not happy.

If you're not in a hurricane affected area, usually 1-2 days.
