Just got and update on my order update where they gave me the tracking number! iPhone 7+ MB 32gb expected 11/1 to 11/30 JOD..ups says the order is processed and ready for ups! Ups next day air saver! Maybe it'll come on Monday or Tuesday but I'm just happy I have a tracking number finally!

We are all just playing the waiting game lol .. & I definitely hope T-Mobile is more prepared next year for the iPhone 8

Apple needs to learn how to design a phone that can be manufactured in mass quantities. The JB finishing process is so complex, only 30-40% of the phones manufactured actually pass the quality inspection and get shipped. It's rediculous. The biggest hold up here has really been Apple.

Welp - it has come to this: If I don't get shipping info between now and tomorrow morning, I am going to cancel my order for my 32 RG 7+ and go into one of the stores by me (who all got shipments yesterday of at least 10) and pick up a regular 7 in RG. This is my first switch into the Apple world, and previously, no matter how hot the phone, I have never had to wait more than a week to get the newest thing. This is just irritating. Anyone else in the same boat? I am just over waiting...and the hype is just insane. I jump to a new phone every six months anyway...I think I can wait it out if I need to.

Unfortunately, you may be better off getting it in the store if you're sure they're in stock. I ordered the same phone exactly on 9/16, ESD 10/10-10/24 , and have heard NOTHING. The last couple years, I always received my phone on launch day after preordering. I wish I would have just waited until theee was actually stock--just wasn't expecting it to take this long.

I was never charged as such because mine was a jump on demand so till now it said order being processed or something and today it just changed to shipped!

It was 1st* attempted yesterday around 3pm and again today around 10am. Maybe you'll be luckier tho lol

*edit: I just want to clarify that they did say it would be within the 24-48 hrs. So I'm sure you'll see a charge today

I didn't cancel. T-Mobile cancelled my order and I didn't know until I checked my cc because of no charge. They don't know why it was cancelled. I then put in a new order and that wasn't until 9/27, hence the later shipping date.

I know how difficult it is to wait. I have waited almost 5 weeks so I feel all your pain. But personally I would not cancel at this stage. T-Mobile is starting to receive stocks and shipments are sent. I have not seen someone receiving his/her phone after the ESD. Those who have an esd end 10/25 will get theirs soon.

Ya, my charge was attempted yesterday at 3pm EST and I got a notification that a transaction had been declined. The new charge better be approved!

When did you received the tracking info?

Received charge on 10/13 around Noon.
Email with tracking info received at 4:41 am this morning.
No movement currently, does say allow 48 hours for updates.
So basically the label has been created.

Bonus info: weight of package is 1.60 lbs

I think at this point... For those who have seen people receive their phones before them with a later date, I would chat with T-Mobile and try to milk it. Get as many credits as possible while you wait.

Make sure its the same phone color and storage amount.

My suggestion. I would push for a 30$ credit each week I have to wait.

$30 In credit for every week you wait even if it's not in you're estimated dates yet? No way.

I feel like people in this thread have never ordered an iPhone during the launch window, this literally happens every year. All these people that are "frustrated" shouldn't be, the internet has made people impatient. lol

Mine says that also on the actual order, but under account history, that is where it says placed on hold. I'm still waiting for them to attempt the charge again. Hopefully it will be today! I have my case and screen protector... just need the dang phone! Lol
