Ordered 9/20 still nothing :( I didn't really think they would be this behind on 7+ MB. The local Apple store has T-Mobile 128+ MB in stock as well and gold and silver. Frustrating those aren't going to customers waiting. Very frustrating. I've always ordered through Apple.com, think they will get my next iPhone purchase even if it's a little bit more $. By the time i get my Phone it'll be 1/4 1/3 through it's life cycle.

For those of you waiting on tracking that have been charged, rely on UPS choice, not T-Mobile updates. I've had my phone for 10 days, just got this email...

I got that email today and my order is back ordered what that means
It means they're out of stock. Mine was back ordered before it shipped. I wouldn't pay too much attention to that.

It seems their systems are way behind the rate they're actually moving the phones out. No reason I should've gotten that email since I have over a week with my phone now.

I had the phone in my hands already and the website still said backordered/processing.

Wanna know what really sucks? They gave me 7-day ground shipping by mistake, yet they refused to fix it without canceling my entire order, placing a new one, and giving me an ESD that is a MONTH later than the previous one--and this was immediately after placing my order initially.

Same wooden slow boat here. When does it say it will be delivered?


I think the worst feeling is getting charged and having your card declined because it liked suspicious and now waiting to get recharged!

REcharged! Initially charged yesterday 10/13 around 2pm, Chase bank notification of charge today 10/14 around 10:40 am. Now it's waiting for the pocket computer to get here via ground transportation lol.

Anyone that was charged recently get a shipping number yet?

Charged yesterday and still no movement whatsoever. Nothing from T-Mobile or UPS.
Charged yesterday, got tracking number this morning, but it is still waiting for UPS to pick it up with no scheduled delivery date, yet. Maybe I will get it Monday.

Been lurking for a couple of weeks but I wanted to update for those who are still waiting because I got charged today!! T-Mobile cancelled my order (their fault) and I had no idea until I called last week. So we had to re-order with later dates. They told me there was nothing they could do about the later dates but comp my overnight shipping.

Original order: 9/21 6pm in store
RG+ 128 originally scheduled for 11/1 - 11/30
And a MB 7 128 - originally scheduled for 9/28

New order - Oct 5th around 7pm on the phone
The 7 MB 128 moved to the Oct 25th dates but my RG 7+ was pushed to the Nov 15th-Dec 12th date.

I called on Tuesday this week to see if I should just cancel and go with a 256gb since they were shipping faster and the rep told me that she was confident my order was getting ready to ship and on her end it said they were prepping it for shipping. I wasn't sure I should believe her but she said I would get charged Thurs/Fri. I didn't do a ton of complaining about my 10/5 order - just mentioned that I wasn't happy about it on the phone. So not sure if the complaining pushed up the order, but I could not be happier.

Oh and my order number starts with 0189. So I would imagine that everyone should start seeing their phones really soon since I had to re-order only last week. :)

congrats! Im glad someone got charged today...first charge I have seen all day!
