I had the same scenario as you. I got the text telling me to update my card at 1pm pst. Instead of my order status saying placed on hold, it says partialsapbackorder. Updated my credit card yesterday at 2pm PST. No updates yet on the new card.

Mine says that also on the actual order, but under account history, that is where it says placed on hold. I'm still waiting for them to attempt the charge again. Hopefully it will be today! I have my case and screen protector... just need the dang phone! Lol

My actual order still says being processed.. I just want to get my phone and be done with it all lol

Wanna know what really sucks? They gave me 7-day ground shipping by mistake, yet they refused to fix it without canceling my entire order, placing a new one, and giving me an ESD that is a MONTH later than the previous one--and this was immediately after placing my order initially. I was ASKING to pay for next-day and they couldn't fix their mistake without making me wait an extra month? It's not like the order was going to be filled anytime soon, (and still has not) anyway. I just hope the package doesn't get beat to hell in the process.

Yeah you ordered very late. People who are getting charged for your particular model are people who preordered.

We're in the same boat. I originally ordered my 128gb RG 7+ on 9/16, but order was "accidentally canceled" per T-Mobile. I put another order in on 9/27 for a 256gb RG 7+, since it had the earliest ship date of 10/25-11/11. Now 256gb devices have a ship date of 10/18-10/25 and my shipping date hasn't changed

Your probably going to end up waiting longer. I'm waiting for the same phone and storage. Ordered on 9/16. On my order it does not say back ordered. Plus people in front of me still haven't received there phones. Sorry. Waiting sucks I know.

Update on my order. I received a text saying I had to update my card 1pm PST. I updated my card yesterday at 2pm PST. Just got my new card charged.

I wouldn't trust the tmobile text messaging system. I got the text saying my phone shipped after I already received my phone.

To those of you still waiting and losing hope: Trust me, I know what it feels like. We all do. But let me tell you, waiting for the phone is absolutely worth it. It's a great device, and I've really been enjoying it since I got it. While I was waiting, the excitement and anticipation went away. But, it's back now that I have the phone in my hands. Hang in there, you guys! I hope you all get charged and get the phone sooner than later.
