I have a 256gb RG 7+. It don't matter which phone it is.

It's supposed to only be some random phones of all models and supposedly only under heavy load and was reportedly getting worked out with the newer manufactured ones--but who knows?? And yes--$1000 is way too much to just 'let it go'. Especially when we had to wait so long to get it, and wait even more for a replacement.

I hope so , someone from the executive office just called me and said nothing is wrong with my order as soon as they get my phone in the warehouse they'll ship it to me just waiting for inventory blah blah blah

& @StaceyMJ86 I definitely wouldn't keep it if it was hissing they should send you a replacement and let you keep this one until you recieve the replacement!

I've ready somewhere where people were putting there phones under heavy use for a day or two and it cleared up. I'm going to try that until my Genius appointment.

You have to have either serial number or IMEI
