So I was charged on Friday around noon, and the charge disappeared after Monday. Talked to the exec team tonight and they don't even have record that they even tried to charge it. UGH. So now I am debating whether to just order the 256gb to get a sooner ship date. I have already waited a month since my original order date (that t-mobile cancelled without telling me and by mistake). Is that worth doing? My ship dates are 11/15 - 12/12. I ordered a RG+ 128 and a MB 7 128.

I know this question been asked every time we see charges and as long as I been here I should know . But since I been charged when should I receive a tracking number ?

This is explains why my phone is hissing. It's an old build from week 37. My phone was manufactured during launch week.
How can you tell which week your phone was manufactured?

This is explains why my phone is hissing. It's an old build from week 37. My phone was manufactured during launch week.
How did you check that information?

That is the mic. They are too sensitive.

I spoke with the IOS Senior Specialist and there's nothing they can do except give me another device. I don't want a refurbished unit so I asked for an exchange which will take 7-10 business days. Also my screen is yellow. I definitely could tell the difference with the brightness turned all the way up sitting next to my 6s+.

I don't want a refurbished unit so I asked for an exchange which will take 7-10 business days. Also my screen is yellow. I definitely could tell the difference with the brightness turned all the way up sitting next to my 6s+.

Can you some of you who have received phones recently (within the last week) go to SNDeepinfo and tell me what week your device was manufactured? I shouldn't have had a launch week device delivered to me. Thanks.

The hiss is different. There are several threads on it here. The hiss can be heard on the back of the device when you put your ear near the Apple logo or during calls. What it appearances they have is the white noise from mic.

I do agree that she should get it checked.

Build week seems to not matter. I have a week 37, no issues. People with build weeks of 41 have reported the hiss.

Mine is completely crystal clear on phone calls, no hissing

I've re-downloaded every app from my iPhone 6s+ and even set my phone up as new and still the noise. I've been using it a lot since last night. I'm just so frustrated because they're talking about I will have to place a new order and wait another month for another device. I'm not doing that. I wan one now and I don't want a refurbished.
