This sucks .. we were all anxious to get charged and receive our phones and come to find out they aren't even in good working order like come on apple , they're looking worse than Samsung rn

I don't understand how I received a launch week phone if I didn't re-order until 9/27. Even the Apple Technical Rep said she could hear the noise through the phone.
It's like they had a old model just sitting in the warehouse and decided to ship it to you , just ridiculous

When did you order you order?Anyone who got charged today, have you seen any further progress i.e tracking info or anything. Got charged today around 11 am for 32GB MB+. Can't wait any longer..
Exactly and I reordered 10/8 my question is if these phones were already made what was the hold up. They had us thinking we were waiting because the phones were being made I'm so confused
More than likely I'll have to get a new device. I waited so long and patient for this one I don't want to give it up and I don't want a refurbished one from Apple neither. This is a brand new phone. 
Maybe those phones were reserved phones for special purposes like reorders??
T-Mobile are acting like no one ever called in with this problem. Members of this forum have already spoken on it so they can go ahead and cut it.
They kill me acting oblivious about everything they've done wrong...smh...knowing doggone well THEY KNOW!
It actually shouldn't since everyone who actually 'preordered' before launch on 9/16 should be receiving their phones soon. However it will last to 1000 since there are people who 'ordered' after launch having conversations in here also.

When I got the iPhone 6 it came to me with a broken camera. I took it straight back to an Apple Store (I'd ordered it through AT&T) the same day and got an exchange no questions asked. The phone they gave me was new, not refurbished. I went home and checked it. lol So most likely Apple will give you another new phone.
