I've re-downloaded every app from my iPhone 6s+ and even set my phone up as new and still the noise. I've been using it a lot since last night. I'm just so frustrated because they're talking about I will have to place a new order and wait another month for another device. I'm not doing that. I wan one now and I don't want a refurbished.

So it's making a noise just sitting there or when using? Or only in videos

If you have AppleCare can you walk in and get a new phone? I've seen post where people had the hissing issue and went to Apple. They came out with a new phone or one was ordered for rushed delivery. That's crazy though.

Hi everyone,

First time poster, long time lurker.

Placed order for 7+ MB, 128GB
JOD, Placed order on 9/27, signed EIP same day.
Estimated shipping dates: 11/15 - 12/12.

I was taking a look at the T-Mobile page and for new orders, the current window is from 11/28 to 12/19. Not sure what that means for the rest of us.

I thought about getting the 256 just because I eat up storage on my Galaxy S7 but at this point I don't want to risk being delayed even more.

If I go into Apple they can more than likely give me a another phone today but it won't be brand new. I paid for a new phone so I want a new phone.

When recording a video whether it's on silent or not. Also sitting next to my 6s+ with night mode off and brightness turned all the way my screen is yellow.

I have been lucky, 4 phones and all bright. One is slightly warmer, as in its only noticeable on max brightness sitting next to another phone. But the person who got it loves the screen anyway, as it's very sharp.

Yes, now they are all new phones now. Soon they will be refrubished though. Which are still like new.

I'll call Apple back today and speak with the man I spoke with and see if I can get one sooner through Apple. In the meantime I placed an order for another RG 7+ 256GB with an estimated ship date of 10/31-11/21. I'll continue to use my 7+ until my replacement arrives then ship it back to T-Mobile.

I got my phone last Friday and walked into an apple store on Saturday to compare the phones. I made sure that the camera, lighting, flash was exactly like the ones on display.

My suggestion, go do that. If something is off, bring one of the apple reps and show them what is going on...

So I was charged on Friday around noon, and the charge disappeared after Monday. Talked to the exec team tonight and they don't even have record that they even tried to charge it. UGH. So now I am debating whether to just order the 256gb to get a sooner ship date. I have already waited a month since my original order date (that t-mobile cancelled without telling me and by mistake). Is that worth doing? My ship dates are 11/15 - 12/12. I ordered a RG+ 128 and a MB 7 128.
I know someone that was able to walk into the Apple Store on Saturday and buy a 128gb RG 7+. Maybe try that instead of ordering?

I spoke with the IOS Senior Specialist and there's nothing they can do except give me another device. I don't want a refurbished unit so I asked for an exchange which will take 7-10 business days. Also my screen is yellow. I definitely could tell the difference with the brightness turned all the way up sitting next to my 6s+.

I feel for ya:( You had to wait SOO long for a phone with all the "-gates". I hope they don't try to force a refurb on ya. That would just be wrong.

Edit: btw, did you see the posts from a while back on how to correct the yellow tint? You can also google it. I'm not sure if it fixes it 100% or not though.

I was able to pick up a black and RG 7+ 32gb about 2 weeks ago from apple store.
Just keep checking through out the day. Some said to check right around midnight but from my experience their inventory get restock through out the day. I don't know how but thats what it seems like.

Good luck. Weird that you got a week 37 phone too.

Welcome:)
The reps claim that the previous orders will always be shipped out before the new orders, regardless of the new dates. Of course, we all know T-Mobile 's system doesn't always work as such. :rolleyes:Personally, I would not place a new order at this point unless that is the capacity you really want and can handle the potential delay.

If it's like that tomorrow you probably should call and figure out what happened . They are known for stealing or misplacing packages
