I'm pretty sure Verizon is shipping through FedEx. Apple is shipping through ups
I just did a regular preorder, assuming your phone is available to ship for the release day, there's no point in overnighting it because it still won't deliver til the 16th.

Okay then that won't work for 99.9% of people on this thread as this is the Verizon preorder thread and they come from fedex. Ups ships for apple orders.
FYI last year I preordered from VZW and it came UPS. Usually they use FedEx but I guess if the demand is high enough.
Really hoping to see some movement on my Jet Black 7 Plus 128g. I stayed up all night for that preorder 
I don't think i've ever seen so many people in one collective group just dying for their card to get charged! LOL I mean it's for good reason but it just cracks me up whenever one is begging for their card to get charged

Just got charged for 2x iPhone 7 Silver 256Gb in SF.
I ordered super late (like the afternoon of 9/12) so it doesn't really look like there's any sort of shortage on the non-Plus/Jet Black.
My original ship date was 9/23.

I ordered two 32gb IPhone 7 pluses. One matte black and the other rose gold. It says ship date of 9/28. I have not had my card charged or anything. This is through Verizon.
Does the Apple Watch 1 (with watchOS 3) know when you blood pressure goes up? Because the Breathe app started after I read this lol.
Well, I didn't order at 12am on 9/9, and didn't order a Jet Black 7 Plus that had a ship date into November? And somehow my device is shipping now for delivery 9/16.
Not really a conclusion, just a single data point in a sea of data points. This is the latest I've ever ordered an iPhone, because I wasn't sure if I should go to a Plus or not, or if the 7 was worth upgrading to from a 6s. But the $650 trade-in deal made it worthwhile (I'm trading in some old 6's, not the 6s, so $650 is more than they're worth).

Has anyone had luck with getting a 7+ 128 matte black and a regular 7 128 matte black being shipped together? I ordered at 12:16a PST, no progress at all, despite countless people who have ordered after me getting shipped.
That is EXACTLY the same thing I ordered. 12:14 Pacific. No luck. I think the combo has screwed us over.
That's weird, it seems like most people have had theirs from that time perioid. Where are you located? They might still be going through the phones based on location.
