Sooooooooo apparently the charging and process change is just lagging on the system?!

Yep and chase declined it. Was an easy fix just had to go to link they sent and then my card was charged.

For those getting charged, is your order status updating immediately?
My order was with a business account and they just bill the device to the account so I can't see any charges.

Guess i'll just have to be patient still. I was hoping one of you who had been posting on this since the beginning might have an idea if that was normal, rather than having to read through all 277 pages to get an idea if it was myself.
I used my Chase debit card but the name and address are my mothers...no issue, same billing zip code though. Verizon did not allow any changes of billing and/or shipping address on the preorder.
I just got charged!! RG + 128gb. Ordered around 3pm cst 9/11. Original date was 10/12
I am in the same exact boat. Business account so I can't see when it gets charged. However, my ship on date disappeared about 10 min ago and now in the app if I go to my orders and click the order, I get shipping information. Up until 10 min ago I would get an error in the app when clicking on the order.
128 MB 7+ and 128 RG 7+. Confirmation at 2:45 pm CST on 9/9 with a ship by date of 10/05 the whole time. It's disappeared about 6-7 times over the last 4 days.

For real. :26 after preorder went live for a 128+ JB and I haven't been charged. My ship date is still 10/12. Was 10/5 in my email
Just got off the phone with VZW about my 128gb JB 7+. They claim its still going to ship today. I questioned that as it's already 10pm EST, and they said yep, just keep checking, and it will update some point thru the night. Here's hoping...

Interesting. I ordered the same configuration as yours on 9/9 at 11:30 AM but my ETA is 10/26. I hope mine changes to a sooner date!

Just called Verizon and spoke with Ashley. She was friendly, so I took it easy on her. She said that she could see my order in the system, and that it had been "sent". She said that means it was in their warehouse and system and headed to the shipper. Whether or not that means I'll get charged and tracking info tonight, remains to be seen. But it's more info than the "processing" that I've had for 2 weeks now.
