I got tracking for my MB 7+ 128gb, Ordered 9/23 with ESD of 11/16, shipped 10/18.

Apple is catching up folks, I hope your wait is short!
I ordered the same except RG. No sign at all! Same dates too! Will give them a call.
 
I was told I would get the 650 for my iphone 6 and just received an email saying they are giving me $220. Don't know what the deal is so I will be on the phone yet again to figure it out.
I got ahold of them and they said they would straighten it out for me, thank god, He said 2-3 billing cycles it should be all fixed

Ordered through Verizon or Apple? If the former, that's interesting, because there are a couple of JB+128's with EDD 11/23 that are currently shipping.
 
Apparently I should get tracking tomorrow.

When I call 611 it now says "pending shipment," but same edd of 11/23? Previously 611 would say your order is being "processed." Or maybe I'm going crazy I don't know. Has anyone heard a similar status change through 611?

Talked to a verizon rep and she says to keep checking online. Order has not received tracking info "yet." Did not have any further info regarding that.

I called as well. I'm hoping it gets straightened out. They had to send a recalculation form to the recycling department.

I ordered a 7+ 128gb mb on 9/26 with an EDD of 11/23..just got a text that my order was received and that I'll receive another text with tracking once it ships. And then checked and saw my card was charged. Fingers crossed I'll have my phone soon!

On the phone with them now... Sucks.

F**k Verizon, I'm completely done, I'll go elsewhere

Yeah I'm pretty upset. In the nicest way possible I tried all of the avenues to get something out of them but nothing. Threatened to go elsewhere, buy in store, buy from Apple, etc. nothing helped.

At this point I'm even considering... do I need to upgrade? I might just cancel my order. By November it will be 9 months or so until the next one comes out.



*edit: the rep also told me that there were "not enough phones in this shipment to fulfill the orders for 10/19." So perhaps it stems from Apple? Frustrated either way.

7+ 256GB JB ordered in store 9/30, EDD 11/23... Got a charge from VZ on my CC this afternoon. Nothing else has changed yet.
