This Verizon pre-order experience is on par with the iPhone 6 pre-order experience with AT&T. Website having major issues, took a good 12 minutes for it to load and allow me to actually select the phone. Just kept bouncing me back to the countdown page that was in negative time and still counting.
Their app started selling earlier but their app is garbage and would not allow me to choose the option to return my current device, was forcing me to pay it off. Not worth paying it off to me, rather turn it in. The website allowed this but was not working for the iPhone 7 or 7 Plus until well after 3am ET.
However I successfully upgraded my AT&T line via the Apple Store App and Apple Pay. That will be here on the 16th. But Verizon really let me down today, never had an issue with them in the past. But their new website and new app, while sleek and modern looking, are complete garbage.
