Carrier iPhone 7/7+ Verizon Pre-Order Thread

They seemed to push their insurance well. I figure I'd add AC+ later. In all the years I've had it, I finally used it 3 weeks ago when I went tubing down a river alongside my phone. Unfortunately my phone didn't have a tube and suffered a 6 hour bath.
ok, so i just ordered. It says delivered by 9/23. This is my first time doing this with verizon. Does this mean i won't have it until 9/23? Or is that just what they say initially? Apple store is still saying 9/16 delivery for the configuration i want
Yeah Apple and Verizon botched this one. Both sites were down. Couldn't even do my trade in offer. I'll hit up one of the corporate stores and see if maybe they'll let me do it there. And now the plus is back ordered for until like October. Like what the hell?
Got mine. It was like ten minutes after pre orders and I still couldn't pull up the Apple or Verizon apps or sites. When I finally got through to the Apple app. I went all the way to check out. And it kept rejecting my Apple Pay. I had to remove my favorite that I had set up. Start all freaking over with my order. Enter all my info in manually, but thankfully I got it. And with a September 16th date!
Actually thought about this too. I remember this happening a lot with the 6/6 plus launch. Apparently the shipping dates were off and people got emails saying they'd have the phone by launch day. Idk, the entire thing is weird
I couldn't get through on the website, it loaded but never showed the 7+ as an upgrade option with my equipment installment upgrade. I called and got through through to a rep almost instantly and placed the order, almost all phones I had her check we're supposedly already back ordered beyond 9/16. I ended up ordering a 7 Plus 256GB in Black with a delivery date of 9/23. I'm hoping that date gets bumped up. But I was told that if I find the phone in stock in the store, that the online/phone order can be cancelled. Really bummed that it seems Verizon allowed customers to preorder through the app prior to 3AM EST.
It has been pushed back since 2:45am EST when I placed my order for the 256gb JB plus...Either everyones order will arrive earlier than expected or LOTS of orders were somehow placed via the glitch at least 30min-1hr prior to launch...
me and my wife ordered a i7 128 jet black and i7 256 regular black from the apple store app
all the verizon websites and apps were totally busted
also the jet black 256+ said october ship date from the first second so thats total BS - i had to get regular black
so whatever but once again the websites are totally screwed - rule of thumb is ALWAYS USE THE APPLE APP
