Coming from the iPhone 6, the 7+ is a vast improvement! I am really enjoying all the photos in this thread, so I thought I'd share a few I took over the weekend in Door County, WI......I normally pack my "big" camera, a Sony Nex 7 with a few lenses. This trip I took the bulk of my photos with my 7+... trying a Photobucket upload

Read some comments about the stabilisation. Does this effect the image quality? Using ProCam 4 and have the option to turn it off. Anybody know?

In ProCam 4 you can get better video quality out of the camera in 4K Max mode which disables the digital image stabilization to attain a higher resolution, and also higher ISO options.

Provided that you use a tripod since the shake will negate the improvements in picture quality.

I put my pics in a video and to me most of the iPhone 6 Plus pics look better than the 7 Plus pics. You be the judge. I am going out again this weekend to try again and see if I can get better results.

To me the 7 is better since you can see a wider colour range in the paint. However, you will see much more difference in low light than in sunlight.

Yeah, your not gonna trick the stock camera app to quickly, if ever at all. But you can always use a different camera app to allow for a manual use of the camera anytime you want.

Edit: words

I have figured out a way to force the zoom camera to be used in the stock app... just use the portrait mode to take a non-portrait picture. However, the picture is quite grainy in low light. We are talking iPhone 4 level of noise.

Guanella Pass, just outside of Georgetown. If you haven't made your way up there yet, I HIGHLY recommend doing it this week. The trees are perfect up there right now. My pictures hardly do it justice since the cars were the main focus of the trip.

I'm going to have to, last year for the colors I was up at RMNP, pretty awesome. Always looking for new spots!

Has anyone gotten on the iOS 10.1 Beta 2 that was released yesterday? I am still on Beta 1. I was just wondering if they've made any improvements in Portrait Mode in terms of smoothing out the edges on some photos. Thanks in advance.
