it would, perhaps some lessons on your camera, theres free ones online. that image is pretty soft

Provided that you use a tripod since the shake will negate the improvements in picture quality.

Yes of course but if you're going to take such professional videos then it'd be expected to use some type of tripod/monopod/gimbal.
