Loving all the pictures from the 7plus, However is it me or do I find it weird people posting pictures of their kids ? ?

I can't figure out the blue/yellow photo of the Leukemia event. Is the noisy/graininess on purpose? It looks like an ISO 32000 low-light photo, yet it looks like a daytime shot.
