How are you closing out apps? If I swipe an app away from the recent apps window and return to the home screen, I don't get any flickering on my dock.

Then maybe some software bug, wait for the next software update :(
If I got to apple store whats the likely hood they will swap the phone again and did anyone try the public beta to see if it goes away

You're nit-picking. It's a minor software glitch.
the 6s plus I had before the dock always flickers and apple never fixes stuff like this

My dock doesn't flicker. But this is strictly software.

Try restoring from DFU mode and try a different computer.

How can it be normal I thought the smaller size wouldn't flicker but my old 6s plus did a lot
It's normal, trust us. The phone is working correctly and there is only a slightly noticeable flicker for 0.0000000000000001% that the screen is on.

Just realized this is a Alexrat thread

I gave you advice before, you have a good phone. Don't look at every minor thing and freak out bc you'll never enjoy it. I just looked through your thread history, you have like 7 created threads about UPS shipping slow alone. Be patient, enjoy the phone.
