2 most annoying...
Appears to be fixed in firmware 2.0.1
(1) Max number of non-firmware "standby" apps:
a) Launch a newly downloaded app and wait until it finishes loading.
b) Press the iPhone Home button
c) Launch a different newly downloaded app and wait until it finishes loading.
d) rinse, wash, repeat....
You can only launch 16. When you try to launch #17 the app will crash back to the home screen (regardless of what non-firmware app you try to launch). Note that this is not "installed" apps but "launched" apps. (see https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/517496/) This is probably what many think is a specific application crashing based on complaints I've read here.
(2) Any failed app install appears to completely crash the iPhone (can't restart without going into "restore" mode and doing a complete restore.
The long backups are definitely annoying too, but I'm not sure that can be classified as a bug...
