So your eye is constantly drawn to the notch, which lets you use the phone.

When watching a movie or making a call, just make sure you keep glancing at the notch. It's not hard as it's like right there.

He double taps the video and it goes edge to edge and the. The notch is there. Before he double taps it he video is playing and the notch is hidden.

You will wait a very long time for TouchID to come back ... but hope springs eternal, right?

The CPU is faster. Not “way ahead”. CPUs get faster, smaller, less battery hungry. Way ahead would suggest an advancement not a basic improvement.

Facial recognition? As someone who works in biometrics, no it’s not really better.

Please come back when you’ve either left school or actually have an understanding of how these things work. As I said, you’re blinkered into believing that whatever Apple do it’s better.
