Hey, jumping in.

I am on Sonoma 14.2.1 with iTunes 12.9.5 installed via Retroactive 2.0.
My iPod 5.5 gen is working perfectly in this configuration although I can't make my 7th gen even appear.

The best sign of life I've been able to get is the "The iPod is used by another user" message but nothing else...

Tried the`killall AMPDevicesAgent` method without luck,

I installed CoreTypes.pkg, MobileDeviceOnDemand.pkg, MobileDeviceSU2.pkg, rebooted several times, no luck either

Tried running iTunes as sudo, reformated in HFS+, preyed, same same...

Is anyone experiencing simmilar issues or has a clue of what could be the solution?

You're posting in Ventura section – not Sonoma.
Better open a new thread in the Sonoma section.;)
