I seriously can't see anything wrong in that picture. I'd be afraid to return it because the "new" one might have something that would REALLY bother me......like a loose home button. I hate those!
I mean....I think I can. It looks like the bend is slightly off center more toward the upper part of the Apple logo. I admit I might just be seeing things because I'm being told they're there. Can you? Because I can’t really see the bend in that pic at all, lol. I think my Air 2 and my wife’s first gen 12.9 had a slight bend also.
Edit: Maybe because my iPad is bent it makes the pic look straight, lol.
It’s definitely there, when I place a ruler across the screen I can see it but that didn’t come out at all in pics. This thing is running great and I’m happy with it. I usually upgrade every year anyway so I’m not going to sweat it.I mean....I think I can. It looks like the bend is slightly off center more toward the upper part of the Apple logo. Meh, they are cheap as chips. If it bends buy a new one or get apple care. First world problem!Everything Apple Pro has a video on YouTube showing how EASY is is to bend the iPad Pro 10.5
To be fair, I only use it on the couch or in bed so I don't think it's at risk like an iPhone.
This is the best I could do. Like others were saying; it’s really subtle.
*The only tablets that will not face many issues are the cheap light weight non-powerful Nooks and Kindles.
Kallum.

I know brah! I couldn’t believe Apple & Best Buy did that to me!NOW THAT IS JUST OUTRAGEOUS
To be fair, this might have been sarcasm. No, it doesn't.

Based on his post history, I doubt it.To be fair, this might have been sarcasm.
noSo do all iPads - not just the new ones - have this curve to some extent?
I'm looking hard at my 10.5 and can't really tell....
I meant bending and warping from handling, the kindles and nooks usually will have no issues unless heat is involved... but they do suck way bad in terms of specs, (thought I mentioned that... oh well, that's what I meant.Check out the Kindle forums and you will see that isn't true. There are many discussions and complaints about screens with uneven color, uneven lighting and cones and shadows where the LEDs are located.![]()

My iPad Pros (Both 1st gen bought from different stores and 1 year apart had the same exact amount of straightness/non-straightness)... aluminum and glass with such a large device will NOT be perfectly even. If you do find a supposedly "perfect" one, it won't stay that way. Go grab an iPad Pro 12.9" and a measuring stick and see how straight it "might be" and record it, then go and and hold it for just a day or use it for a few weeks then put the same measuring stick by it and you'll see a difference. These devices will have some slight "give" because.... science. So do all iPads - not just the new ones - have this curve to some extent?

I've literally joined up as mine is exactly the same as this. I don't know whether to return it or if I'll be laughed out of the store and part of me is thinking the bend is just amplified in my head as I spent £700+ on the device and now I'm paranoid it's not perfect. This is the best I could do.
