Currently there's nothing that can use those blobs.
We are saving them with hopes that in the future there will be something released that will be able to use them.
I think that if you saved your blobs and you're jail broken on 10.1.1, you can restore to the firmware you have the blobs for. I saw it on Reddit but not 100% sure if it works for every device or not.

Certain devices and only on certain firmware versions while jb already and many other hoops to jump through.
Ah ok. I really hope that takes off, that would be an incredibly useful tool.

I been saving shsh blobs for multiple devices for years without being able to use them yet.
But better to have them saved than not.

[doublepost=1485755875][/doublepost]Folks, I'm having problems with beta5 on my 6s+. I've tried twice after a full clean restore with a stock device (nothing installed); in both cases, I've ended up in the same situation as some days ago with my iPad Pro and the alpha:
- the Yalu app, in about 70% of cases, would just silently die upon tapping Go
- it often displays "Jailbroken, retry" instead of Go
Anyone else noticed these? Just restoring stock FW on the phone and re-JB'ing with b3 to see whether it has these problems. Upon the first install, it didn't.
B6 just came out and Luca feels more confident in it
Check that one oht. Otherwise b3 always a decent fallback
Sometimes fails for me too. Don't mind tho better than a reboot from b3 for 7+ 10.1.1 when it fails haha

Yup, b5 seems to have been a dud. Just restored my 6s+ to stock and JB'n with b6. No problems so far.

No need to restore tho from a dud beta. Just delete reload working IPA and good to go!
Guess it couldn't hurt while signing window is open but that's way too much effort for me haha. 4 and 5 were duds so I went back to 3 for now. Maybe I'll try b6

Beta 5 was a dud, beta 6 is out and working great and stable again.

I tried the jailbreak and it's working great but I think I'll reinstall stock 10.2 and wait for a more mature release to be on the safe side.
