Let alone justify €100 more for the Gear 2

Exactly, i dont know but this is a weird spot for Samsung and i dont think they will drop the Tizen Gear but the price along will move people to the Gear live.

Hey btw do you know if this new Android wear watches are always on ? i think i read that.

I think I will wait to check them out in store before deciding which one I want. I currently have a pebble and love it, but these blow the pebble away.

I am using an iphone 5s as my main phone right now, but android wear will truly make me go back to a nexus 5. I honestly do not think apple's rumored watch will have the functionality of the android wear watches. Even "hey siri" only works when the phone will be plugged in, which leads me to believe the watch will not have a similar feature.

Out of the two on the market now, I would pick the samsung. It has a better screen and some better features. It also is $50 cheaper. Hopefully we hear something about the moto 360 soon!

Personally, I want the 360 but if I had to choose, I'd get the Samsung watch. The LG watch looks cheap to me.

I dunno, somewhere in West Texas
This makes the Gear 2 a bad choice since it only works with selected Samsung phones.

Good that Samsung will support Android wear, if no 5.5 iphone it will the Note 4 and I nice Android watch to be cool

I'm still considering the Gear 2 just because of the added features that you won't see on an Android Wear device like camera and IR blaster. Might be bad for others but for most Galaxy owners, these are luxuries we come to expect.

The Moto 360 is tempting, but I have to see what Apple has to offer.

I'm still debating between the Moto 360, iWatch, Gear 2 and this. I think I've conclusively ruled out the LG watch. Too bland and boxy for my liking.

Definitely tempted, I've always liked the Samsung design but didn't like that it only worked on Samsung phones. The only issue I have is the bezels, that doesn't exactly scream high fashion. I think I will wait for the Moto 360, the stainless one looks nice, especially if you can replace the leather strap with a stainless one. The lack of bezel really brings up the feel of quality and fashion.

Hopefully wireless charging is in the cards for the watch. Seems like that would be super convenient on a watch.

Yeah - charging will be the pain, but at least it'll be more noticeable than my sports activity trackers. Have both a flex and a jawbone UP and at times ill be in a position where the battery needs charging in both ... Always never notice when I need to charge or how long I have left because of the lack of visual cues.

The samsung live only claims one day

I think apple's watch will focus on the health side of things. I really am most interested in the voice commands....especially for driving.

1 day! Feck ...... That's not good.. I could have sworn I saw a video hands on where they said 3 days. 1 day is not enough at all.....

Yep.. that's a killer for me .... I'm gonna cancel my order and hold out on this. I could not cope with charging another device daily. I'm bad enough as it is .... Going on my current trackers, I'll end up with a dead watch on my wrist at least half the time... Time to reign in that impulse purchase ....

yeah, I think the voice commands really kill the battery since it has to be always listening. It sounds bad on paper, but if you take it off every night it is not a big deal. I take my pebble off every night....granted I only have to charge it once sometimes twice a week.

Thanks for making me aware. I know what I'm like - I'll forget to charge it and then i'll have three devices charging away not tracking me whilst I go for my walk / run .....

Time to wait this one out i think....
