Mine did that. Suppose arrive yesterday. Don't blame Verizon. It's all Fedex. They can't deal well with holiday season. My feeling is that ups is better equipped esp. during high volume season. Even usps is better.

OP, I know its a couple months later, but I want to thank you again for posting this when you did. Seeing how nearly impossible these are to come by now still months later, I never would had known VZ had them. I have REALLY been liking them and are exactly what I was hoping for when I purchased. They sound great, they fit in my ears perfectly, don't fall out, and the only hesitancy I had was how they would look, but that concern was eliminated instantly, and no more tangled wires. Battery life has been good, and they have worked for me in a pinch a couple times I needed to answer my phone.
