They did not even attempt to deliver, I have it going to a family owned business where I know people are there. Not where I am working, but someone will be able to sign. That is why this is so weird. Normally if the drive just doesn't have time, it will just say "Do to circumstance out of our control, parcel will be delivered tomorrow." Mine had no notes. Oh, well, my fault for living in the country. It is on the truck now. Crossing fingers for delivery. Normally FedEx is before noon where I live and UPS is 5pm. We will see what happens.
Have had them on for the past hour while working. Went home and grabbed them at lunch.

Has anyone that did the free 2 day shipping Monday night received theirs yet? Mine is supposed to arrive today but yesterday it was scanned as leaving Memphis then arriving in Memphis.
Now again today it's scanned as having left Memphis at 5am again. I highly doubt it's going to be in Phoenix, AZ by tonight 8pm. Pissed at Verizon.
I'll call FedEx later this morning and see if they can just hold it at a hub at this point.

I wouldn't be concerned, that is just the way the Fedex hubs work. I'm sure you will receive yours by the end of the day. Here is my tracking info as comparison.
My overnight came a day late. Guess what my 1/12 from Apple has move to preparing for shipment overnight so now I can't cancel. This is my fault for being impatient. I can always return that pair. FedEx was running really late they deleiveres after 6 pm last night in PHX area.
Thanks for the tracking info. Did yours deliver yesterday or is it out for delivery today? It looks like since it only left Memphis this morning despite having been picked up 24hrs ago it might be delivering tomorrow. Time will tell, I guess.
Tempted to eyeball istocknow today and just grab a local pair if I get lucky. I had hoped to wake up to "Out for Delivery". :/
Mine will be out for delivery today. I have noticed on other deliveries that sometimes the Fedex tracking is not always up to date and ocasionally even gets delivered while the status has not updated. Anything is possible during the onslaught of holiday packages.

Memphis is one of the busiest airports in the early morning. They have easily 100+ planes going out of Memphis every morning; especially this time of year. Mine was also on a plane coming from Memphis and is sitting at the destination sort facility.
This place is so comforting. Mine has been sitting at the destination sort facility since 7 this morning with nothing saying it was out for delivery, and now it turns out this is the case for everybody.

My guess is that the ground packages which have been sitting at the destination have priority and they start delivering the air packages once the ground packages are delivered. That's just a wild guess. Likely for bigger cities it works differently.
Mine is following the same pattern as my overnight delivery did. It boarded the delivery truck around 1030-1050 EST and was delivered that day
New scan! Now it's at the.......local facility. Cool. Too many facilities and not enough deliveries if you ask me.
I'll be happy if it arrives today. iPhone 7 launch was a disaster with UPS. There was a group of us that watched our phones go from China, to Hong Kong, to Korea, back to China, before finally days later, figuring it out and being delivered. I haven't ordered anything since then (aside from the generally trusty Amazon Prime).

On vehicle for delivery! And it's being delivered to my work (a commercial location) so delivery guaranteed by 3 PM!
Just got mine delivered. Who would of thought Verizon is faster and within 2 days.
Mine just moved to "Out for Delivery by 8pm" - yay doing the happy dance!
