Just tried Best Buy. Did one day shipping. Learned from my Verizon mistake. Lol

Yeah, this is where I'm at. Utterly frustrated as usual with Apple. I have the original order from Apple for Jan 12, the shot in the dark order from Verizon from last night, another order for in store pickup from Apple Store for Feb 8th (hoping it comes earlier). I can't toss another order in from BestBuy although I'm wickedly tempted to.
The Verizon phone support *said* it was picked up by Fedex, but i still don't have a tracking number, so I don't know if they were just trying to get me off the phone or what. Maybe (?) tomorrow will have more info.
Well get ready for Sprint , AT&T and T Mobile. Supposedly they start selling them by the end of the week.
I'll probably have 6 orders on standby for Christmas. Fa la la la.
I believe verizon is giving precedence to all 1 day ship orders...Have 2 ordered. One paid for last night with free shipping has yet to update or anything and is still "processing", while the ones i ordered this morning with one day shipping were updated as "shipped" in a couple hours.
Alright, I may do that. just ask to stick it in the corner without a label so no-one pays any attention to it
I agree. I would haves paid for one day shipping with Verizon last night. But no one would have been home so I choose the 2 day. When my wife would be able to sign. Now my Verizon 2 day ship has become a Force Ghost. Lol

Same thing happened to me. Tracking says "delay beyond our control". I was really hoping to come home to some AirPods waiting for me.
Still nothing even though I ordered on the 19th around 7pm pst! I think it's BS that next day orders get a sku assigned to them before those who ordered before them with 2 day shipping. F U Verizon!

Gotcha. I ordered Yesterday morning at 10:30 Est and haven't received anything besides original receipt. Can't find order online but have an order number. I chose next day shipping so it was supposed to be here today.
Same with mine. My 1 day shipping order is to be here today, but the 2 day order (which I made first) just has processing
I just called Verizon and apparently they've run out of AirPods. I ordered on Monday night at 10:30 EST and even though my card was charged already, the rep told me they won't ship until they're back in stock. Not sure if I should cancel now or what.
This is what I have been told as well. Figured I will keep the order open until I can find them in store. Any idea if AT&T Wireless will be selling them?
