I'm having the same issue. I also called customer service and my bank declined the first attempt, should be all set now but order status still doesn't work..

I called and their office was closed. What number did you call?

I have a confirmation email (though there's no location code or any of that stuff...) and my card was charged, but I'm still a little confused/nervous that something didn't go through right.

Try 866-338-7390. Should be open till 2am EST according to the email I got

2 orders placed. 929 and 954 CST. Both have been charged to credit card and show a shipping date of 12/19. Opted for free 2 day shipping on both. Hope it happens!

I ordered a pair at 9:39 central and it shows delivery by tomorrow before 10:30am ($15 shipping) lets see if they ship. I chose to bill it to my account as payment.

Random question... in your confirmation emails, does you Billing Address have both the first name and last name? On mine it just has the first name, which makes me wonder if something got dropped when I placed the order. Don't want the order coming back declined!

I'm seeing the same - bizarre. I remain somewhat skeptical on 12/22 delivery but also cautiously optimistic.

Mine says it shipped. Memphis to San Francisco delivery by 10:30am, damn impressive if this works out. Wouldn't mind some Memphis ribs, haven't been there since a cross country trip half a decade ago
