New file system? That was already introduced in iOS 10.3.

The only difference I notice with the share sheet is a new button "Markup as PDF".

This was one of the best features for 3D Touch iPhones on iOS 9 and iOS 10...I can't seem to find out where it is in the menu.

maybe I'm dumb, but I never get the 3d touch to work to launch the multitasking windows. It worked like 1-2 time when I tried really, really hard, but thats all lol.

Feels more like an alpha , pre beta to me . iOS 10 beta 1 was buttery smooth

iOS 9 was seriously buggy until beta 3 or 4. Even beta 2 had serious bugs that made it really difficult to make/receive phone calls.

Pretty small change, but the button from where you can enable/disable and change the order of options doesn't go full-screen now. Instead, it simply has the same width and height as the share sheet itself. Looks more consistent actually.

I got stuck too!
3D Touch at the very edge on the left, like you're swiping back on an app. A short force touch will "peek" at the app switcher , and a "long" press will fully open it.

It doesn't even install for me. Every attempt at installing it has failed at different stages on the iPhone 7 Plus. It's worked fine on the iPad Pro, which felt glitchy at first, but is now working smoothly.
