Glad to see the post and figured so much with regard to the chemo. Not really expecting reviews, just wanted to send hopefully a smile out and let you know you're missed.

Bought the yellow, royal blue and purple this week. Here is my sport with the yellow band. I like it.
Looks great on you! Very calming color. Idk. It's something about yellow I really like, not only just the warm feeling it brings. I love the purple one. Waiting for another 10 sport bands to arrive so as soon as I have them I'll be posting them all and the combinations. :D

Thank you so much. You have no idea how much this means that you guys are always keeping an eye on me even when I'm not around. It's been a hard month indeed but I have one more hardcore infusion next week and then I'm resuming on Bio and smaller doses of chemo I was on before. Trust me I'm looking forward to being back just as much as you guys are hoping for me to be good. You guys (I know it may sound cheesy but trust me is far from it) keep me going. I might have to do something about that when I get back. :D :p

I had a hiccup with an Aliexpress seller I was buying sports bands from and then I realized he had Scarlet's photo ( @3under2 ) of her blue modern buckle so as soon as I saw it I had to let her know and reported him for copyright infringement because it wasn't even the seller she got her band from, so in a way I'm also keeping an eye out and am always alert when it comes to you guys. Thankful for a good memory in these cases tbh.
Wished I would've seen these before I placed an order a couple of weeks ago to not loose my money so now I also reported him not only for using her photo but for trying to scam me and others.
I would recommend everyone to start watermarking their photos from now on so that these jack@ss3s dont try scamming others with our own photos and without our knowledge!!!

This is the seller. So again. BEWARE DO. NOT. BUY. FROM THIS STORE!!!

HERE'S ONE OF @3under2 that they had listed on this specific listing. Btw me and her got the ball rolling and reported him even though we both got blocked and blacklisted.

I went ahead and ordered a Hermès double tour copy from Aliexpress. I ordered black and brown and they are great. Real leather as well. Please excuse the watermark. I have had pictures taken off this forum and end up in Aliexpress listings . I have watermarked it with my husbands company as I didn't want to put my name ...

ETA: Here is the link who I bough it from in case anyone is interested:

(Edit)
I take no credit for this photos since they were copied from Supherpen.co and only watermarked with my name to prevent these ending up in Aliexpress as some others have and this prevent more days the sellers are committing but again, I do not own this photos but the reviewer on the second part of this post.

Ooo those colored Milanese loops are very pretty! May have to check them out. I'm still sporting my white sports band that came with the watch

I have that case too but found I was too lazy to pull them in and out of those end straps! Silly I know. So I have this one now. Sadly this is an old picture and I have more straps now so I might look for the same thing with more drawers!

My band collection has outgrown my little box I was using. I think I need something like this!

My quick replica double tour review ...

Just thinking about your comment having the extra loop on the other side of the Digital Crown.

Maybe if the Digital Crown is closer to the hand (ie unlike yours), then the extra loop will sit closer to the elbow, where the diameter of your arm would get longer? What I mean is, wearing it that way should mean the first loop attached to the Watch would be sitting on the narrower part of your arm (wrist), so both loops would be less likely to tuck under one another? This way you might still be able to wear the first loop not as tight.

Hi! Not sure I follow you? Do you mean wrapping the loop on the same side of my digital crown? I havd tried that but then the loop (looser) interfers with my digital crown (pressing it).

No, two things that are separate but related.
  • Your reason behind wearing the strap tighter was so that the extra loop wouldn't try to tuck underneath the Watch and affect the heart rate sensor.
  • The extra loop needed to be on the opposite side of the Digital Crown so it won't interfere with it.
As you preferred the Digital Crown pointing at your elbow, it meant the extra loop had to sit on the smallest part of your wrist.

If that's the case, just maybe by wearing the extra loop closer to the elbow (ie larger part of your forearm), and the Digital Crown pointing at the hand, maybe the extra loop will not be small enough to tuck under the main loop even if you loosened it a bit.

I'm using a lot of confusing words to say "you're wearing it wrong". LOL

But there's nothing you could really do if the Digital Crown is where you wanted it to be.

Well, the digital crown is where I want it to be. I have had it pointed towards the right and didn't like it as much. I prefer to scroll with my thumb. The digital crown also got accidently pressed when I bent my wrist when it was pointed to the right. We don't have apple pay in Sweden so I never really push the other button.
I did try orienting the crown the other way and wrapping the band to the back and it still did not work that great for me.
There are many people that have the crown rotated like I do. That's what I love about the apple watch ... No right or wrong way to wear it .

No, but obviously some more optimal than others. Some like having their watch face on the underside of the wrist, and that's not ideal for the Apple Watch either!

Hope you got the "holding it wrong" reference. ;)

Yesterday was my last day of my return window for the watch. After much deliberation, I decided to spend the extra couple hundred dollars and go from the Rose Gold Sports to the SS Apple Watch. It feels and looks so much more premium, at least in my opinion. It came with the Product Red band. Unfortunately the first one I had was a brick that displayed the red exclamation point when attempting to do the software update plus the battery wouldn't charge. After much frustration, I went back to the Apple Store and exchanged it for a working model. Took a while for the software update, but all worth it. I have a picture of it with my purple Sports band if anyone is interested.

.

I have spoken about the problem with losing contact between skin & sensors while wearing double tour band on page 27, post 664. I thought it might be because I had just gotten my iPhone 6s, but it wasn't. I tried wearing the extra loop behind the watch (toward elbow), and experienced the same problem as you did with the extra loop slipping under the watch. When you posted the idea for a different orientation for the crown with the extra loop being worn in front of the watch (toward my hand), it worked perfectly! Thank you for your suggestion!

I do, however, experience "false" haptics using the double tour band. Has anyone else experienced this same problem?

Hi Ladies! Today was the first day that I wore my double tour band (see post 653) on my ⌚️. I found one problem with it. My watch sits crooked on my arm because of the band wrapped behind it. Because of this, my watch would occasionally lose contact with my skin and it would show that it wasn't connected to my iPhone. I would have to either retrieve my iPhone and turn it on or put in my passcode. I tried different holes to loosen or tighten the band. I also tried wrapping the band in front of the watch. Just giving a "heads up" of a potential problem for those who (like me) love the look of the double tour band!

Glad it wasn't just me experiencing this with the band wrapped "the right way".
