I have spoken about the problem with losing contact between skin & sensors while wearing double tour band on page 27, post 664. I thought it might be because I had just gotten my iPhone 6s, but it wasn't. I tried wearing the extra loop behind the watch (toward elbow), and experienced the same problem as you did with the extra loop slipping under the watch. When you posted the idea for a different orientation for the crown with the extra loop being worn in front of the watch (toward my hand), it worked perfectly! Thank you for your suggestion!
I do, however, experience "false" haptics using the double tour band. Has anyone else experienced this same problem?
I'm so glad my review helped you. I haven't given up on the double tour just yet. I'm going to play around with it a bit more tomorrow and see how I get on. Another idea I had was to switch and have the long end coming out the top instead of the bottom. That way the buckle part would be on the inside of my wrist instead of outside. Not sure if you are following or if it'll make a difference, but I'm going to try it. The fitness tracking is very important for me so the sensor being iffy is not an option. I really like the digital crown being used with my thumb so don't want to change the orientation either. We shall see. The cuff should be here next Monday from China ...
I didn't experience any false haptics when wearing it on Thursday.
