That sucks. I was tempted since they seemingly had every OEM case in every color.

Right? That was my thought too. I thought maybe they were open boxes. I emailed them telling them they were scamming people. Probably will never hear back. 100% PU

Woot has the forest green. What color are you looking for? I can check Marshall’s the next time I’m there

Like clock work, the Andar technically red has started to bleed dye just a few weeks shy of the 2 month mark. Similar timing as my 14PM case. Seems like as the patina develops the more likely it is to bleed.

Day 5 with my Bullstrap Ocean case.

Was reaching in my jacket pocket with the hand that usually holds my phone as I climb into the truck. Slippery little bugger jumped out of my pocket, bounced off the door frame, then the aluminum side-runner and then face down on the concrete.

My neighbors probably heard my expletives but it was all for nothing. The case and screen protector are 100% mark free. The phone gods are with me this morning.

Good news on the patina front. I’m already seeing the back edges shine up and that means more in-hand grip. I’m also seeing slight darkening where my fingers rest on the back.

Seems a little early but I have been holding it a lot more since I got this case, even if I’m not actually using it. I’m also typically resting my hand on it in my pocket when I’m up doing rounds.

That is concerning. I would be worried about my other stuff getting ruined by red dye.

Just received the Bullstrap Sienna case that I ordered from the sample sale and wow. Beautiful leather smell and the case itself looks amazing.

The buttons are nothing to write home about, just as bad as Andars buttons but the case itself is amazing for $10.

Adding a photo here. I haven’t been using the Andar just because it’s too thick and not that great of a case IMO. I had the YMW crazy horse that I threw away since I started to rip the leather from all the pool chemicals I work with.

Anyhow here it is. Andar on the left and the Bullstrap on the right. Love this color!

Yeah it’s been a rough few weeks. Crazy thing is before this year I had maybe one drop per year, if that. My leather cases always last and I’ve got a drawer full of old ones that are fine.

That looks really good. Do they say whether it’s full or top grain? The patina on the ANDAR is coming along nicely too. (Does anybody else’s keyboard insist on screaming ANDAR?)

Personally I think the Andar looks better.

I'm thinking of going for the Navy Andar for my Natural Titanium 15 PM... anyone have pics of that combo? I'm debating btwn Navy and Camel Tan but I feel like Navy would look best.

I’ve got the camel tan and the black… looks great in both but the natural titanium goes with pretty much any colour you throw at it which helps. Or just get both

Is that the sand Andar?

Just found this company and let's just say I don't think phone cases are their specialty. Might be the roughest looking leather phone case I've ever seen:

Got my Andar Aspen. Not impressed with the fit. Feels like the case is too big with gaps between side of case that you can feel when holding. Also causes some creaking.

Lip around the screen is also not even so setting the phone face down, it wobbles.

Bummer!
