Yeah definitely a more secure feeling when picking up.
I was unfairly harsh about the mixed materials on this case in the past. But I’m sold on it now. Visually the full leather looks better but this feels fantastic on hand. Also love the lip is slightly slanted towards the screen making swiping very comfortable.
What'd that fall on? I was in a car accident where my car was totaled and my phone went flying around the interior. Phone came out without a scratch

Fell on something in my car not sure, only the SP that needed replacing anyway but doubt would of happened in my symmetry.
Was just last few days, nomad horween.
Also came warped near power button, so have returned it.
Wasn't happy with the magsafe strength either v my FW and symmetry.
I have had plenty of nomads over the years so know the low lip, was just bad luck has never happened before.
They get better and depends on weather, here now in heat/humidty no issue, best form factor fitting case for the max I have tried so far, only 30 grams too and excellent buttons and magsafe.
Think I got a good one though was a freebie from apple too lol
Some in the case thread complain about the bottom being thicker than the top, whats' your thoughts on that?
Have you compared the magsafe strength against any other cases?
Guess the English tan won't go as dark as the brown?
On sale on amazon AU now, ordered will have another crack.

Andar that i’ve been abusing at work and my new luckycoin. It felt a bit dry like my andar, but a round of andar leather balm helped a ton.
Fit and finish:
It snaps tight onto the phone which is a welcome addition. But finish wise, my buttons are kinda crooked, and the usb cutout isn’t exactly perfectly centered. But for $30 it seems great.
I’m in a turquoise swing right now, really enjoying how the turquoise changes. But my favorite case is always going to be my ryan london cases.

I kept it and plan on using it in the summertime. But during the winter its unusable
The bottom chin is slightly ticker than the top but it’s not a big deal to me. You don’t really notice it unless you’re looking for it.
MagSafe isn’t as strong as my Keyway or ESR. But since I only use MagSafe for a wallet and bedside charger it’s good enough for me.
I’m hoping the English tan stays a bit lighter than the brown.
I’ve had 3 Nomad cases the last 2 years and haven’t seen it stretched out like that near the power button. All have fit snug

Case thickness (thinnest to thickest): LC > BS > RL
Leather Dryness when new: LC (quite dry)> BS >> RL (supple)
Leather quality (Smell): RL >> BS >>> LC
Leather quality (Overall): RL > BS > LC
Button clickiness: BS=RL > LC (Slightly crooked buttons, but not really affecting clickiness)
Camera bump height: LC=BS=RL
Screen lip (Smallest to biggest): LC < BS=RL
Overall, I’m very satisfied with my new LC case; the leather looks good and although quite dry, adding leather conditioner makes it a lot better; buttons are a tiny bit stiffer and crooked than BS and RL, kind of feels like the Official Apple leather case, but still very clicky; speaker grill alignment is perfect, the charging port opening is slightly crooked to the right though (does not affect charging).
Despite the minor defects on the case, I would still highly recommend this case considering it only cost $30. But if you want the absolute best quality case available, I would still recommend BS or RL, especially BS cases for its choice of colours. (Also l kinda dig the Bullstrap logo

On point.
Gotta say this case has the best tactile response for buttons out of any case I have.

I’m checking locally to see who can emboss Apple logo on the back of leather cases.
I wish Ryan London's closed-bottom case wasn't essentially the same thing as Keyway / Andar and was more in line with the LuckyCoin style.
The only complaint I have with mine is the MagSafe strength. I just got used to it. The Patina on my English Tan gets better by the day as well
I found the leather quality of their closed-bottom case subpar to the shell case. I was hoping it felt identical to their open-bottom case.
