Only wanted a close bottom case so can't get the Bullstrap until they release the closed bottom.

Just order the Lucky Coin version from Amazon, it’s a great case, even more so for the money.
Colour choices are tan (sienna), black, turquoise and dark brown.

Do you guys that have leather cases feel you have to be more careful about not dropping your phone since leather cases do not offer the best protection?
Never been an issue with me. From the Bullstrap open-bottom case to the Apple Leather case, I've dropped my phone plenty of times with leather cases and the phone has been fine.
Yeah must be unfortunately. Sounds like the closed bottom case has a lot of give on the sides so I’m not super interested in that but the open bottom case was nice.

they are actually very similar. however the quality of the RL leather is (at first glance) a little better, furthermore the openings on the bottom (both with slots and not holes) on the RL are "unworked" on the MG they are painted/sealed.

YMW Crazy Horse Black leather after 1.5 months. Leather has smoothed out completely now and it's super super soft, almost like leathery suede feel. @macher
