Personally I can’t stand metal camera rings, I just love how leather camera rings as Bullstrap and Alex Goldfinch is, so for me it was an easy decision haha.

To each their own. I actually prefer the metal rings. It reminds me of Apple’s old leather cases. I do like the open bottom but I can forgo that.

Yep, I follow them on IG and they have been saying cc button is launching since February almost haha. Also CEO said prices with tariff and new cc button will increase, maybe we will see their cc button case launching around 100$. Ryan London came, advertise cc button and in 1 month they were selling, Alex Goldfinch advertise cc button, launch a pre-sale and delivers in the estimate time, Andar same, that how things should be done, don’t really know what is Bullstrap doing at the moment.
My CC button open bottom case from Alex Goldfinch arrived today. I had the Ryan London with CC button and closed bottom and was not 100% happy.
My old RL for my 15 pro Max was much nicer, but the newer version already had a few marks and stained edgessfter not even three month. See other pics below.
You can see the MagSafe ring and the edges look rough. This wasn’t the case with my open bottom RL for my previous 15 pro Max.
Love the new Alex Goldfinch. Noble leather, open bottom and a nice area around the camera. Best case so far.

Very Good case but Unfortunately I will no longer use an open bottom on a max model.
Why is this? Always had open bottom case. Prefer the freedom it gives you when sliding up and when using it in the car. Never had any issues for years.
I find it much more comfortable, swiping up has no limited starting point, never had any issues in bed, (at least not with the case).

Well as expected I have grown bored of my current black Dbramante leather case. I posted a photo of it a few months back and it looks exactly the same today. It was my first time trying this brand and while I have nothing bad to say about it its just a bit boring. It was my first time trying a black leather case and will likey be my last. I miss the patina process and seeing how a case changes over time. So I'm going back to Luckycoin. I have a new tan LC on the way but this time I went with the open bottom version. The LC has been my favorite of the last dozen or so cases I tried but the weak USB c cutout proved to be its downfall and prevented me from ordering another one. Now that they have open bottome I'm hoping that I can be happy for the long run. Should be here in a week or so and I'll post an update.
We've been sorely lacking patina pics in here. Excited to see how your new LC turns out.

Here you go. Hand made veg tanned case on my iphone 13 mini next to a shell cordovan wallet in cognac.
A lot of the leather cases on here are the same made in china cases you can find on aliexpress (leather formed over a plastic shell), just with a different branding on it. Nothing really interesting or original. This one is all leather. zero plastic.

Back at launch I picked up a Rumwot for my 16PM. It has been an absolutely great case but my took its first and pretty hard fall that tore up the leather pretty good. I immediately ordered another one. The new one has crappy button feel. The original had such good click buttons.
I was looking at the Belemay, La Pelle and Ridge Everyday.
I would like the absolute thinest, magsagfe, non-leather camera ring case.

Don’t know about La Pelle and Ridge but as the owner of both Belemay models I can certainly say that, while they’re great cases and even have a CC button, they are definitely not on the thin side.
Anybody tried EUVO yet? They have a very nice looking blue with camera control... Decently priced at $56 with free express shipping (from the UK).

They should just get rid of their lifetime warranty and charge less for their cases as that is what I suspect they are subsidising with their pricing
Yep, could be that, but they also increased 20 usd for just the cc button, is crazy!!
Honestly for the quality of the case I’ve never had an issue with the price. I’m just more hopeful they got it together for the iPhone 17 so there isn’t a huge delay.
Bullstrap cases are great quality for sure, but you are charging 100usd, 100! And about quality, it is not better than Alex Goldfinch. ( almost 30 usd cheaper), Only a bit better than LuckyCoin ( like 50 ? USD cheaper) and also more and less same quality as RL that are again 30 USD cheaper. Don’t know, it’s almost impossible to justify that price IMO
That's insane. I can't justify spending that much on a case no matter how nice it is. If my wife found out she's murder me in my sleep.
