If you get offensive, I get defensive. Thats how it worksNo need to get so defensive when I'm merely stating my opinion. Mind you, does Google not take Freedom to the extreme? I mean, did they not just lose a litigation issue due to not paying for using java in Android?

Incorrect. Google has won on every count against Oracle. But that doesn't stop Oracle from continuing in the appellate courts to get the same crap reheard. No need to get so defensive when I'm merely stating my opinion. You proclaim to know something yet don't even know Google was found not guilty and Oracle was virtually laughed out of court, why are you offering your opinion on something you don't know anything about?

Hmmm... Some people are talking about crashing here as experts. What kind of evidence have you?
The thing is that android had told you if the app crashed, honestly and overtly. But ios doesnt.. App just seems to refresh/reload or you are back in the homescreen thinking that you hit or did the something wrong. But then.. There are lots of data collected (crash logs) for years and ios apps have even crashed more often than their android counterparts. Nowadays they both have crash statistics around couple of procents.
Until you show me something else, i trust these collected crash logs more than your opinions.

It s the endless comparison, devices, apps etc. The bottom line is that they both crashes but the other is usually telling it to the user that it crashed while the other is just hiding the info.
i have the note5 with a case and wireless charging works fine. Can you wireless charge when you have a case on it though? I would get the clear Speigen Case
All Spigen cases will work with wireless charging.Thank you, I thought maybe it needed the glass back to be truly against the pad for it to work
Hey everyone, sorry if this has been asked before, but here it goes lol.
I am heavily emerged in the Apple Eco system. Between my wife and I we both have the 6 Plus, Each have the new iPad Pro's, Late '15 MacBook Pro, 3 Apple TV's, Apple Watches and to round it out the AirPort Extreme.
Due to the lack luster iPhone 7 coming out, I pre ordered the new Note 7 but as Apple wants us to do lol, I'm starting to stress it and thinking of canceling the pre order.
Have many of you left the iPhone but had everything else Apple and still loved the Android phone? Or did you try it and go back?
Qi wireless charging will work with any non-metallic and non-carbon fiber case, as long as it isn't more than 7mm thick.Thank you, I thought maybe it needed the glass back to be truly against the pad for it to work
I dunno, why not wait a month or so to be sure? You can always get the Note 7 once you have solid information to compare both phones. I am assuming that you can do so and that you don't need a new phone right now. Generally, I wait until after the reviews are all in before placing my order so always sort of an October upgrade for me.

I think that's exactly what Apple are depending on for people to not leave. Eco system.I am just so heavily vested is the apple eco system. I use a mac and that alone makes it a hard switch to a different phone. Also, my family/friends all use iPhones. I have tons of shared photo albums and with messages in IOS 10, it makes leaving iMessage that much harder.
If changing a phone had no effect on my eco-system, I would be using the Nexus 5X

Just so I understand correctly, you are heavily invested in the Apple ecosystem and based on RUMORS of what the iPhone 7 is going to be you pre-ordered a Note 7?Hey everyone, sorry if this has been asked before, but here it goes lol.

When my iPhone 4 was getting long-in-the-tooth, I switched back to an Android phone (Sharp Aquos Crystal). I loved the bezel-less design which allowed for the 5" screen in a smaller form-factor. It was my daily driver for 3 months short of 2 years.Have many of you left the iPhone but had everything else Apple and still loved the Android phone? Or did you try it and go back?
who cares if everyone in circle have iphones, dare to be different. and be leader not a follower.I am just so heavily vested is the apple eco system. Every time I open the SpeedTest app on my Nexus 6, an error message pops up say "Unfortunately, Drive Ahead (a game) has stopped." Then, every time I reboot it and I get to the home screen, the first thing that happens is another error message saying, "Unfortunately, NBA has stopped." I also have a TI-84 calculator app installed that has crashed on me more than once. I can replicate these issues all the time and I really don't like it. I wish I could say that I haven't experienced an app not working on Android. It's so rare for an app to crash on Android that I can't remember the last time it happened. Seriously.
It's not necessarily that easy to leave. If someone has lots of shared messages and photo albums with others, it makes leaving really hard. Also, you lose the ability to answer phone calls and send texts from all of your Apple devices. You have to buy apps twice, once for iOS and once for Android. Sometimes it can be very difficult to leave and even impossible for some people.who cares if everyone in circle have iphones, dare to be different. and be leader not a follower.
