How can you get noticed and get a ton of followers on twitter make a claim nobody can prove or disprove but there is allot of interest. I'll call BS and wait for him to prove me wrong. continue to fallow the lights of Musclenerd, Pod2g and Posixninjas to name a few..

He posted a video he needed "something"....my guess some sort of coding.

Dwayne Fortman said that they are able to boot cydia, but it lags, and makes you reboot, but you must restore.

Yeah I don't think we'll be seeing a JB from these clowns.

They're fighting over Twitter like little girls.

Never had my hopes up, but it would have been nice. Hopefully the REAL devs can get it done :)

Like I said: way to immature to be productive. There could have likely been something great come of this, but you have 3 guys trying to flex their e-peen harder than the next.

These guys are clowns for sure. Looks like I will be holding onto my 4S with 5.1.1. for awhile longer.

While it seems more legit that they have a potential exploit, it also seems like they are too disorganized to get anything done.

That said, we have yet to see any proof.

If they can get unsigned code running, then they can show us proof of that. We don't need to see Cydia working to know if its jailbroken or not (although that's the easiest way...). Ultimately, it sounds like these guys have found at best an exploit or two, but not enough to solve the issues needed for an untethered jailbreak. Their best bet would be to share the crashes with the Dev Team or Chronic Dev and let them do what they will with them.

Agreed.

Which, it sounds like they're fairly stubborn about. So I hope they do.

Someone needs to release this publicly if it's real.

Photos are exciting, but not cutting it (just like chpwn's tweet).

No.

They should wait for 6.0.1

6.0.1 (or even 6.1) is likely due out around the iPad Mini's release, or within 2-3 weeks max going by past trends I would wager even sooner maybe. That said, if they release the jailbreak now, then they risk burning the exploit timetable from potentially months to a matter of days, as Apple will patch the exploit in 6.0.1 and then we will be in the same position.

Why would we wanna upgrade anyway? :D
iOS6 is okay, I dont need anything more from iOS. Nothing that JB can't do.

Can someone round up what he said here? Got a pretty bad hearing loss so cant hear him clearly.

There are three members. One of them is withholding a piece of into another needs to complete the jailbreak, apparently. He wastes about 6 minutes of your life, you're not missing much.

Because you have an iPhone 5.

In the pics, doesn't it look like Cydia is scaled to fit the larger iPhone 5 screen? How could that be?

Visit Cydia on your computer:

http://cydia.saurik.com

It scales vertically I believe. Or Saurik has already applied the server side / Cydia update. It's probably easy for him to do and has no one to race against since there is no jailbreak yet.

I'm saying I'm fine with a iOS6 jb. I won't need to update. Stayin put for iOS6 jb.

He said that they have successfully made a jailbreak and installed Cyda. However, they haven't got it working properly. It's lagging their phone when they start it up. In that video he was asking a guy whom is known in the jb world about help - and he's pretty sure this guy holds the solution.
