Mail program. Just tried to send a 7mb file, took 30 minutes to get halfway and then it decides to cancel it and put it as a draft in iCloud.

logged into another email through chrome and sent the file in minutes.

wifi seems awful. Works fine on my phone, with my MBP, quite slow sometimes.

Same problem.
I have a new 27" retina iMac and I am constantly down on the network.
At least one time per night that i know of.

But my MBP i haven't bothered to update past Maverick and i don't have issues online.
Its becoming really tiresome every night when I need to work this

i really wish this would get fixed....enough already :(

I've got a fix for Yahoo Messenger 3.0.2 to work on 10.10. It's actually pretty simple.

1) Go to /Applications/Yahoo Messenger.app/Contents/
2) Edit info.plist in either a text editor or XCode
3) Change the option "CFBundleVersion" by +1 to the current number (ie: 235554 to 235555)
4) Save and attempt to rerun application from /Applications

You may need to move/duplicate the Yahoo Messenger.app to get finder to figure it out.

[[ Edit: Guess not. Crashes during login. I'm not sure of the exact issue. probably library differences. ]]

Getting ready to install the beta...

...but before I do....

What programs have stopped working once you installed Yosemite?

For me, the biggest concerns are...

1. Little Snitch
2. Parallels
3. Text Expander
4. Default Folder X
5. Fantastical
6. 1Password

After 10 hours at work, it's time to get home to my other job, installing Apple updates. Security only updates are Great, but hate all the little tweaks tied into apps that have been working just great and now are not. Now I wait for ever, before moving forward with updates unless I can understand exactly what I'm downloading, if that's even possible for me. That's why I joined this forum today. Thank you for all the excellent information from all of you that provide the help!
