I know there are a few threads that cover these. But I'm still having a hard time looking from one thread to another. Let's try and compile a thread with as many options as we can come up with. If possible, post pictures (either from the website or if you own the product already your own)

Thanks --

anyone know if incase is working on a macbook air case?

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't. I'm sure they have a few in the works that we will see/hear about in the next month or so.

Just got a belkin black neoprene sleeve. Nothing flashy, but it fits well and will keep it from getting scratched in a backpack or bag.

I use these and they're excellent.

http://www.mac-case.com/MacCase13.html

Mac-Case makes great products. I love their bag design with the bright green linings so things can be found easily inside a bag.

The sleeves are great too. Very well made. The only thing I don't like about them is the velcro closure. I have a small baby and whenever I open the sleeve, I have to leave the room to open because of the noise. They use a wide strip of velcro and it's really secure. I guess it's a good thing to make things secure, but this thing is loud! :D If you go to the library often or classrooms, I can imagine that this would be a distraction to others.
Other than that, it's a great sleeve!

Because of this noise, I chose a sleeve without velcro. Just my 2 cents.

Tucano skins are out (in the UK) for the Air. I picked one up today in Micro Anvika in Selfridges.

The Air had a bit of a shopping spree today, and in the search for the perfect messenger bag I ended up spending a bit more than I'd planned on a Tumi:

http://www.tumi.com/backpacks_messe...senger/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=93888

It's not specifically made for laptops, so you'll need a sleeve or Tumi's own laptop insert (which, by the way perfectly fits the Air). I figure after spending £2k on a laptop it deserves to be carried in style. :D

That looks sweet, nice product!

Hi.

This is quite a bad sleeve, its oversized, more like made for the MacBook PRO. Someone has already received it, and uploaded some pictures, and it has a good 2-3 inches of space besides the macbook air in the sleeve.

The Airmail from manilamac fits perfectly, as per the pictures posted on other threads, and I personally went for that. Although there is quite a bit of wait in the queue to get it, I think its well worth to do so.
