My Waterfield sleeve and the Civilian Lab case are the best so far and am very happy with them.

To compliment them, my Air also has the Full Body Invisible Shield on it with no air bubbles of any kind, perfect in every way. Took about an hour or so to install, but very pleased with the result.

I have the 13 inch Tucano Stile. Very nice, high quality italian leather.

It's a little bit big for MBA, but on the good side: I have room for a notepad, mouse, powersupply, external harddrive.

I think the 12inch would also fit the MBA.

I just ordered Civilian Lab sleeve, which looks pretty cool and well made. I'm also really tempted on the maccase flight jacket. I think I'm more likely to just put the sleeve on and stuff the MBA into my regular bag, but it'd be nice to have a streamlined option that can also carry some other stuff (a moleskin, maybe a larger book, ipod stuffed into the superdrive area). I guess the only thing I don't like about it is the handle on top. It makes it look more a laptop bag (which I know it is, but still...) than just a cool looking bag.

I'm psyched about the civilian lab sleeve. I didn't get a confirmation email or anything, so I hope it arrives soon.

Just got new Vaja case

Just received it now--ginger (orange) exterior, black leather interior. Perfect fit! It's a very light hard case and it's beautifully made. Really like it.

My civilianlab sleeve arrived yesterday and I think it's great so far. The MBA fits well in there, not too tight, not too loose. There are two small snaps on either side to keep the top shut, as well as the wrap around string. It's padded enough that it feels protected, but doesn't make it feel like the stay-puff marshmallow man. The leather is nice, but not spectacular. It kind of reminds of the leather VW has used in the recent jetta's and GTI. It has some texture, but it's not uber-soft or luxurious. But I do think the sleeve is very well manufactured. I'll post some pics tonight when I get home if anybody is interested.

I'm using the Air Mail (a.k.a. Manilla Mac) and loving it. People always smile and love it when they see it.

It's softy and delicate, it's not meant for stand alone usage, and it's not robust enough to stand more hardcore users.

However, it's wonderful, got a personal feeling into it. Loved the way Jona and Claire did the packaged, it comes in a such way it feels like they personally made it for you, with your name hand written on the label of the envelope.

If you are looking for something less industrial and more personal, go for it.

Got my Vertigo Combo today from Waterfield Design http://www.sfbags.com

Very impressive.

First, shipped to Canada very quick
Gary is very very attentive to customers
Quality, workmanship is superb
They look great too.

I like having the combo. If I just want to take the MBA, I take just the Sleeve Case, with or without the Strap. (The strap too is of high quality)
If I want to take other items like Power Adaptor, Ethernet, some magazines etc, then I slip the SleeveCase into the Vertigo bag and I'm off.

Highly recommended.
