As I mentioned earlier: That's (nearly) impossible! People reporting now that the tracking isn't working have all the status 'shipped', not 'prepared for shipment'!

It's possible that the TNT tracking system could not be up to date at the moment. My MBA is still showing 5 Feb status as shipped but still in Shanghai, when I spoke with TNT this morning they said it was in Europe and if I call back after 16:00 they could give me an update on the exact location of the shipment.
I wonder what exactly is going on, has anyone phoned TNT for a status on their shipment and can comment on this?

I just called the German TNT-ExpressHotline (01805 900 900) and the friendly call agent told me that my MacBook Air reached Arnheim (which is definitely NOT in China

I just called TNT Sweden and my package left or would leave Netherlands today, so at least it's in Europe. He was not sure whatever it would come with truck or plane but it could be that it arrived in Sweden tomorrow and would also go out then. He encouraged me to call back tomorrow before lunch to check.
Just had another call at apple (I thing it must be the fifth or so and I don't care anymore about driving them nuts) and guess what: My MBA, ordered 30 Minutes after the Keynote Jan15 eek and shipped on Feb 3rd o) still has not moved from Shanghai mad!! More than four days after having shipped, it's even not in the airplane to NL where it will be merged with the Ethernet adapter, before I will finally get a direct ship with TNT or UPS to my home. Lucky you guys who somehow got it or will get it faster, my expectations tend to zero. May be I will get it next week, may be in two weeks, who knows. It seams that Apple doesn't like me.. (). First the price differences between the US and Europe, and now this. Not a good start.

replace YOURORDERID with that number starting with 80. Also, use IE on windows to check the page or open it in safari and dig through the source. They have one entry for each, the air and the damn stupid silly ethernet dongle I happened to order with the air in my case, all dated 02Feb.
Also, I just called apple and the woman I talked to told me that the only thing she knows is that it has left the factory and that there's no way of finding out if it was left china yet. Stupid ethernet adapter
