IJ seems to be "Air Liberté". But at least some cargo flights seem to be leaving SH, so there's still hope. TNT's code is 3V, but they might charter other airlines' planes.

The problem will be the way to the airport, I guess ... ;)

Well, mine has shipped. The order status says it's due on the 18th, the tracking says 15th - no details "In transit to final destination - carrier details to be updated shortly" - and the e-mail says the 18th. I wonder when it'll get here!

did anyone of u call apple and ask about the new year holiday in china...;)

Good idea, but what do u think they will say :)

Yes they have holidays, yes you will get it late, yes you will stay sad...

Also I think everytime you call, you will get different answer (Boring one or a good lie)

I ordered Jan16 and no status change yet, so i am all down :(

Totally fed up of waiting, had expected in store availability by now but no joy. I have a MB with a broken screen and it is horrible to use.

I have so had enough that I nearly went and bought a MBP it is only the sure that knowledge that they are about to be refreshed that stopped me.

Well I got sick of waiting for my Arnhem status to change so I rang TNT.

Basically it will get to me Friday. The delay as I suspected is simply they do not a full container for delivery to Ireland, so they wait until it's full before shipping it.

At least it will be here friday though :)

On other news... still no tracking number for my superdrive on apple's order status screen, so I have rang them and they tell me it is with UPS and should be out for delivery tomorrow.

So i should be fully set for friday :D

On the brightside it could be worse. You could live in Hull for example.... oh wait ;)

(I went to uni in Hull ;) )

People are doing this to get back some 7GB odd worth of space on the HD. Basically, reinstalling the OS and choosing not to install the additional languages, printer drivers, and also parts of the iLife suite. I am going to do this myself as I see no need for apps like Garage Band, iDVD, and iMovie etc...
